Hello chadnellis, thanks you for the considerations about our helpdesk. The limitations about the screenshot uploading are because we don’t know what people would upload in our servers and therefore we suggest other common ways to send us screenshots, like droplr or imgur.com.
People may have infected computers and upload dangerous files, therefore as you don’t want your same computer infected by visiting our site, we don’t allow file upload by anyone. As there is plenty of alternative solutions, I think this security restriction is not causing any damage.

Thanks for the suggestions but as 99% of the support requests are about people not reading the manual, this helpdesk is more than good for the purpose, and we don’t need more complex solutions as zendesk, but thanks again for your feed.

As you saw yourself, the demo installation was working fine.

1) In the linked page, the default header background doesn’t appear because is a Visual Composer page. You should digg a bit the theme pages so to see their functionality and structure. Default header is used in every page that is not visual composer and doesn’t have another specified image.

2) It looks like in the testimonial shortcode, somehow, you are only displaying 1 testimonial. It could be because of number limitation, category filtering, or id filtering. We are 100% sure that the testimonial carousel works fine so it must be a setting issue. If you can’t find the problem, please send us a screenshot of the settings of the element from Visual Composer (using droplr or imgur.com).

3) You have the Page Composer active otherwise your homepage would have been empty and displaying a tons of shortcodes on top of a white screen. So don’t worry about this, is all working fine.

Hi,
as I wrote in the 1) point, the default header background doesn’t appear because is a Visual Composer page. Your page is a Visual Composer page and you can easily check it by editing the page: in the right column, there is a tab where you can choose the template for that specific page. Surely your page has the Visual Composer template.

By the way, in order to fix it you have to edit the row containing the Hero Box and then adding a picture as background.
