Color customisaations options dissapear

Hi,

I solved the problems I get with main page but now I can’t pick colors in “colors customisation” options and I don’t know why.

Hello,
in order to fix this just update the theme to the latest version. You can do it by following this manual’s page: http://themes2go.xyz/manuals/vlogger/knowledge-base/how-to-update-the-theme/

nope, it does not works updating the theme (since I have the latest version installed) and I overwrrited all theme’s files and not working that solution. besides, I’ve uploaded the theme again as new theme but it does not works either.

Hello,
before proceeding with giving access to your site try to disable all the plugins that don’t come bundled with our theme and see if the problem persists.

I’ve found the problem: is WP Pro Ads plugin.

could you solve this incompatibility issue?

Hi,
we can’t solve the incompatibility issue because it seems that WP Pro Ads plugin is including an old version of Kirki component for its customizer that overwrites ours.
In our theme, we include the latest version of Kirki so maybe you can refer to the plugin’s developers to fix the issue.

Are you experiencing other issues using the customizer? If it is only a color picker issue, I suggest you deactivate the plugin until you ended the theme customization and then reactive it.
