QT Places – Geocoding not possible

Hello,
Places does not find my address – after “Geocode this Address” I receive an error: Geocode was not successful for the following reason: REQUEST_DENIED

Our address is in a harbor area and has no number, only the street name. We can be found at google Maps but only with a Plus Code 9XFM+7Q Heiligenhafen.
What can I do to create the correct coordinates?

This is also influencing the Event Plugin as the address cannot be shown on a map.

Hello!
If you have only the street name with no number, you can count on gps data.
Starting from your website footer, I’ve checked the place on Google Maps and obtained latitude and longitude data: 54.373311,10.984406

When creating an event, paste them inside the Address to geocode and click the green button Geocode this address.

This should retrieve the right point of your company on the map.

first of all sorry that this request appeared in 2 threads – when I posted the other one I got the reply “your post was marked as Spam” – no idea why. This is why I created a second post.

This sounds quite weird.
Did you add a valid Google Maps API Keys on Settings -> QT Places?

If not, check these 2 links with step by step guide to get it.
