I have just installed LifeCoach theme (had it installed by hosting company), however I cannot change the color of the main page background (working off the demo). I also cannot add a file for the header logo or background image. I do have to add that I am an amateur and have never designed a web site ever.

Thank you so much for getting back to me. I actually did watch this video but when i have tried to , for example, click on the add header logo, nothing happens, it will not open a file box to select an imagine, and when going to customise colors, I can only add a hex number and it doesnt look like the video in terms of selecting a color from a color palette..

what you said is quite unusual. For this I need to check your installation.
I’ve just set this thread private so only you and me can see it.In order to proceed I need:
– your website url
– admin username
– admin passwordOnce received I will access your website and check for you what’s going on.

My hosting company was able to fix the problem, they installed the child theme and it is now working, my only problem now is I cannot seem to upload any images, even after i have resized to under 2500 pixels I am still getting error messages. Are you able to assist with this error?

this kind of issues are 99% of the time caused by the hosting and not by the theme.
If you are able to send me a screenshot including the error message I could point you to a fix.But as I said before, I think it’s all about your hosting.

My hosting company must have made some changes as when i tried to screenshot the error message today, uploading the exact same image and it worked.
My dilemma now is I don’t know how to amend the content? It doesn’t show that in the tutorial and I can’t seem to find it in customise. I am really sorry.

from my side is difficult to say how the edit contents, you need to be more precise.
For example, which content do you need to customize?Our video tutorials cover almost all the main features of the theme. Have you seen all of them?
