Hello,
Post Grid has limitation of ‘Quantity’ parameter of 20 elements only. Is it possible to increase it to the physical maximum, for example?
I’m thinking of compensating absence of pagination function with increasing number of elements on a single page, even sacrificing page loading time. Thanks!
Hello Video2go,
in order to increase the elements number without editing the source code you have to just switch to “Classic Mode” and change the number of “quantity” parameter. Check the image as reference:By the way, an update referring to an old post you wrote herehttps://www.themes2go.xyz/helpdesk/forums/topic/blog-page-modification-question/: we are developing an update for Vlogger that will add custom background feature for categories. The update will be available within a month.
If you have any other questions I would be happy to answer.
Have a good day,Andrea
Thank you, Andrea!
The news about an update is the best news for this week for me! πStanislav
Hello Andrea,
Do you have the best news of the week for me? Have you managed to make an update to Vlogger I asked about?
Thank you!
Stanislav
Hello Stanislav, unfortunately Envato delayed our development time by requiring massive changes on an upcoming product, which was blocking all the production queue.
We didn’t forget about this and is the first thing in the list.
Will get back to you once ready.
Thanks for your kind waiting
igorOk. Have to wait.
Meanwhile I have another question.
How do I upload language file .mo to already installed Vlogger theme?
I did some translation prior to installation, but discovered that I need to do much more, and now wonder how to upload single file to WP.Thanks!
Stanislav
Hello Stanislav,
regarding the .mo file, you can only upload it via FTP with an FTP client like Filezilla. More details on our manual: http://themes2go.xyz/manuals/vlogger/knowledge-base/translating-the-theme/If you need more support on this I would be happy to answer you.
All the best,Andrea
Hello Andrea,
I’ve been out of communication for a week, I have chance to work on this project something like one day a week. Sorry for the cut off.
Can I ask you again to consult me again about translation file? So, we have a site, example of one post is here:
https://alfa-news.tv/Π²ΡΡΡΠ°Π²ΠΊΠ°-Π²ΠΈΠ½ΡΠ°ΠΆΠ½ΠΎΠΉ-Π°Π²ΡΠΎ-ΠΌΠΎΡΠΎ-ΡΠ΅Ρ Π½ΠΈΠΊΠΈ/Our webspace is on the WordPress.com.
As you see from the link, I was not able to translate half of the English words (like Comments, RATINGS, RATE and so on).
I simply didn’t find these in vlogger-ru_RU.po file.
And, as I understood, WordPress does not allow FTP connection for security reasons, and I can’t get to wp-content/plugins/ttg-core/languages as it said in your manual. My question is how to translate those words and how to upload .mo file?
Thank you!
Stanislav
Andrea, I hope you’ll find some minutes to reply to my question.
Hello, you need to create the translation file yourself starting from the pot file provided within the /languages folder. There is a TXT file explaining how to do the translation in the very same languages folder, or also in our manual.

Just update the theme and you will find it when editing a category on your backend.Keep me posted on this.
Have a good day,Andrea
