This is quite an unusual bug but I’m sure you can easily fix it by updating theme and plugins to the latest version (mainly the TTG Core plugin).

In order to do that, you can refer to these manuals’ page:

Hello!
TTG Core latest version is 1.3.3.
Go to the plugins list and deactivate and then re activate the ttg core plugin.
This should trigger the plugin update warning.

If this doesn’t show up, go to the themes section and switch from main theme and child theme or viceversa.

I’ve just checked your source code and it seems you have multiple third party plugins installed that could interfere with our theme.

I should ask you to disable all the unbundled plugins and check if the problem persists. If not, try to enable back all the plugins one by one checking which is faulty.

With our latest theme update we’ve fixed the issue you are mentioning so I’m thinking is more related to some external plugin.
