Hi Andrea,

Does this theme have a maintenance mode while we work on our site? I wanted to check here first. I don’t want the public to see me working on the site.

Is there a main website url for this theme to get some layout examples?

Our theme does not include a maintenance mode.You can search for a plugin on WordPress repository, for example this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-maintenance-mode/

Just check what work the best for you.

I downloaded a maintenance plugin and it worked. However, it didn’t allow me to go to customize — appearance option to customize the home page. It shows the maintenance page as the page to customize.

Hello!
This is not part of the theme support because is a plugin issue.
You can consider change the maintenance plugin, asking for support to the plugin author or try if editing a different page from the homepage is possible.

In this last case I suggest you cloning the homepage and add it temporarily to your menu. Once done, go to the customizer and click the cloned homepage link.
