Demo version installation problem

Hello;
After having bought and installed the Vlogger theme, I was also able to install all the plugins. but I have a problem installing the demo DIY version, when I start the installation, I have a blank page on this link …/wp-admin/themes.php?page=easint&demo_install=true
How to fix the problem?

Hello NDA and thanks for reaching us.
As I can see, the issue is a server connection timeout and it means that your server is taking too long to reply to a request made from our theme.

Most of the time you can fix this updating your server PHP to 7.4. If you have access to your server cPanel you can check it by yourself, if not you need to ask it to your hosting provider.

In order to provide more information and confirm that is timeout issue, you can select or double click the white empty box under “Activation, Plugins, Install demo and Updates and Support”, copy the content and paste it on a text editor.

I understood the problem and I tried to solve it by migrating the PHP version 7.4.19, wordpress to 5.7.2 … but still the same problem.

This will help me so much understanding what’s going on.
Just to clarify the situation, this is not a theme issue but just something going weird on the server 🙂
