When do the problem occur? During importing the theme? During installation?

It would be nice if you can send us some screenshot related to the issue.

It seems that the installation process did not work properly.
What I can do for you is installing the demo for you free of charge.

Just send me a message to team@themes2go.xyz including:

– admin credentials of your website
– admin url
– which demo you would like to install (main demo, food, travel, diy)

Then I will take care of it.
