Hello!
Creating the blog page is simple:
just create a new page, go to the page attributes tab (on the right side of the page) and choose your favourite blog archive template.

You can pick on of thos:

– Blog cards
– Blog No Sidebar
– Blog Sidebar

Once selected just click Publish and your blog is ready.
Just make sure to link it inside your navigation by going in Appearance -> Menus

Hello!
From what I can see it could be something related with the post carousel shortcode settings.

Edit your page and go over your post carousel shortcodes and click the pencil icon.

Make sure that you have any slug applied in the custom category filter field. Leaving it blank would pull you recent blog posts.

You can also customize those settings and filter posts based on your needs.
