Hello,
I loaded the theme, then the child theme, when it asks me to activate the plugin it gives me installation failed with this message. What should I do?

“Plugin not activated. A higher version of T2G Theme Dashboard is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”

Hello Vittu,

in order to fix it and perform a proper installation of the theme, you have to use the latest version of the theme available on Themeforest under “My downloads” section.

Then you can follow our installation guide you can found here: https://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/theme-installation/

ho fatto la procedura di installazione del tema child e del tema padre ma quando vado ad installare il plugin t2g mi da un errore e non posso procedere, posso allegarti la foto dell’errore da qualche parte?

I have done the installation procedure of the child theme and the parent theme but when I go to install the t2g plugin it gives me an error and I cannot proceed, can I attach the photo of the error somewhere?
