Just installed theme for the first time and it’s broken. Nothing is displaying correctly. Can you please take a look?

Hello design 126,
it seems very strange that the demo import didn’t work well.
As I see, you didn’t create any new content yet so I suggest you make a fresh WordPress installation and then reinstalling Vlogger following this 2 minutes video tutorial:

If the installation process will be ok, please change your username and password immediately to avoid access to your backend.

I thought this was a private support forum! How can I give you guys my login info without it being public? Not well thought out guys! Most support sites provide this!

Hello, no this is NOT a private topic and this is explained here:

As general guidelines we NEVER request access because this has several implications and we require access ONLY in certain cases, and we provide a precise method for sending us the access. If not requested, you shold never post any admin anywhere (as general rule not only here but in ANY forum on internet).

Please let me know if following the installation video your site is now fine or you still need any help. Also please be sure that your server is compliant with the WP requirements specified in the manual.

I am having this same issue how was the issue resolved? Even after reinstalling WordPress several times I still get message:

The active theme is broken. Reverting to the default theme.

This causes all of my customizations to be deleted. Then duplicated when I import the demo again.

Hello JustinDiego, switching theme doesn’t delete ANY customization or content, NOR it changes the contents or changes the imported demo pages.
There must be some wrong setting or missing file in your theme installation.
We just RE-TESTED the whole procedure 5 minutes ago without seeing any problem in the process.

You can switch theme as many times as you want without loosing ANY content or setting as they a separate thing.

If it happens you have other problems which we will help you figure out directly.
