Video play button on HTML Template

Hi – I have also noticed on the standalone HTML version that the play button on videos needs clicked twice to get any videos to play. This is really frustrating for users as you can see on this page: http://www.ifiwerejack.dreamhosters.com/scene11.html

The wordpress version of your theme does not seem to have this issue as when you click the play button on a video page the video plays straight away: http://preview.themeforest.net/item/vlogger-professional-video-tutorials-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/20414115?_ga=2.261751241.510363444.1508226199-2116481168.1447108896

I thought when I was buying the HTML template of this theme that i was buying a like for like version and both themes had the same features and functionality. Im ver disappointed.

Is there any quick fix i can implement to sort this play button issue or can your developers take a look at my site for me?

Hello 20 units,
the HTML version is provided with fewer features of the WordPress version. I am sorry that you are disappointed, and if you are not satisfied with our theme you can take into consideration switching to the WordPress version to get all the features or ask for a refund.

By the way, I’ll put together this with your other issue and discuss with the team to find a spot in our schedule and fix them.

Hello 20units,
as I wrote in the other ticket, after talking with our developer it comes up that we can’t provide this kind of customization for the HTML version of Vlogger. We need some hours to fix it and these days are very busy for our team.
So if you are not satisfied with this you can ask a refund and maybe going for the WordPress version that includes more features.
