Vimeo Videos Not Working

Hello,

I am trying to set up a new site using this theme. The theme is great, but it is not working with Vimeo videos. I have tried creating posts from scratch and replacing the videos in the demo content but neither seem to work.

Just as a clarification. The videos play in the post, but do not play in the header or in the sidebar on the tutorial template page. They show the “play” icon in the header but do not play.

Hello ssmith162 and thanks for writing in.
Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Video settings and turn on “Add video header for video post formats”

This should fix the issue. By the way, I suggest you not to edit existing contents but creating new ones: This would prevent these kinds of issues.

Thank you for your quick response; however, this did not fix the issue. I have enabled the “Add Video Header For video post formats” in the Appearance page, but the videos are still not playing. The play button appears but the video will not play.

2) Is this video public?
