Hello, it looks like your server may require to set up an SMTP account on WordPress to send emails from a form. Look for a plugin called WordPress SMTP (it has about a million of installations) it will allow you to set up your email address credentials in order to authenticate the automated wordpress emails, in this way it whould work.
is a common thing nowadays because of the growing spam issue.
If you still have problems please post a screenshot of your actual contact form setup.

Hello sumeco and thanks for the update, it looks that your SMTP configuration is now working correctly, so we just completed over the weekend a new plugin update for the Contact Form plugin that is compatible with the SMTP plugin.

You can now update the theme following the usual procedure, from the automated Envato Toolkit updater, then update Visual Composer and QT ContactForm from the theme dashboard, and your contact form will now work correctly.

If you still encounter any difficulty please let us know.

Hello Sumeco and thank you very much for your test and sharing the results.
The mail action is actually performed using the standard wp method now, so is becoming very hard to understand the origin of the problem.

I have to please ask you another test to understand what is going on and if we can override your problem or not:

1) Can you make a form with Contact Form 7 plugin and check if it sends the email?
If it works:
2) Can you please try to disable WP SMTP and try again the contact form of the theme?

If both tests fails, there is a problem that goes beyond the theme and I don’t know how to fix it, because is not dependent from our product, otherwise we can make other research.
