Email support

Very important: email support is NOT a standard. Send an email only if requested by the helpdesk staff.

Please make a full files and database backup of your WordPress installation before sending the login details. We cannot be considered responsible for any malfunctioning to your website and you must be able to restore your website in case anything happens.
Also, we won’t do any change to your site, but simply check it and offer a solution that you will have to implement yourself.

Email requests not respecting the parameters listed below will be automatically deleted and won’t reach us.

How to send a support email:

  • Recipient: team@themes2go.xyz
  • Subject: EMAIL SUPPORT REQUEST
  • Content:
    • Url of your forum topic request
    • brief problem description
    • WordPress username and password
    • WordPress url

Please note that a different email subject or missing info will result in a filtering of your message.
