2 x Same Header / Menu Items Appearing

Hello.
This curious anomaly began showing on my Home 01 page in Default Demo Content, being edited in WPBakery Builder Basically, each menu item, and each item in header list, such as privacy policy, is appearing twice. See screenshot…

I haven’t changed anything in Appearance/Customize/Menu yet, and only thing changed in Appearance/Customize/Header so far is just the logo.

Can you tell me how to get it back to 1 of each item showing only, please..??

Hello,

this kind if issue happens when you run multiple demo import procedures.
In your case you’ve probably performed twice, so all the menu items and posts have been cloned.

You have two possibilities:
1.reset your WordPress installation with a third party plugin like WP Reset that will set your website as a fresh new installation.

2. delete manually the items going to Appearance -> Menu.

Many thanks. I actually followed the instructions to the letter, installed everything including php and wordpress on my PC using XAMPP, then theme child, and then the theme.

It did not happen at first, it appeared like that on day 3!!

Anyway thank you for your guidance. I did in fact go in and manually delete the clones.

This is quite unusual and it’s the first time I hear something like this with our theme 🙂
