Activation issues

When I do the install it shows in my wordpress dashboard. However, as soon as I activate…everything goes blank. I can’t even get into my dashboard page to deactivate or see anything in the dashboard page. Help!

thanks for writing in. Andrea here from Themes2go Customer Support.
From what I read it seems that something went wrong during the installation process maybe.

I suggest you do a fresh installation of WordPress and then install our theme from scratch.

Thanks for your feedback.
There are 2 possible reasons:
1) Your server has an outdated PHP version be sure you run at least PHP7
2) You have other pre-installed plugins causing the problem.
Uninstall EVERY plugin before activating the theme.
