Hi Andrea,
Is there anyway I can get quicker responses? I’m having to wait almost 24 hours just for a response. Are you guys located outside of the U.S. I’m in the middle of a relaunch and having to figure out the theme.
For some reason the Home page on the backend doesn’t show the backend editor anymore where I can add elements from WP Bakery. Can you please advise how I can retrieve that feature back? I’m not sure how it disappeared. But, I’ve been trying to figure it out for a while now and am lost.
I shrunkated the different sections so you could see what I mean. This is an entirely new page and there is no where for me to add the different elements from WP Bakery. The box that is usually there isn’t there. It’s like this on all of my pages. The homepage just shows text as if you were looking on the text side in the visual side. There’s no way for me to edit and such.
I click the blue button that says classic mode and it changes to the text backend editor and so forth. I keep clicking it and it won’t allow me to have that feature.
Am i using the correct LIfeCoach Theme? I have two of your themes in my theme section. Is this the issue with the backend editor that I’m having?
I have LifeCoachVersion: 2.3.3 (this is not active – can I delete?)
and I have LifeCoach ChildVersion: 1.0.0 (this is active on my site and the one I’m using)I’ve been trying to figure this out all day and I finally found the WP Bakery Plugin on the right side of the page.
Can you please let me know what I need to click to get this back to the right position and not on the sidebar? I wonder if it’s in customization. I’ll continue to play around with it until someone responds.
Hello!
As stated in our private mail message, this is not a chat.
Adding multiple replies to the same thread would not speed up the response time.Regarding your issue, in the first screenshot you’ve sent it seems clear that you have installed Thrive Architect that for sure is conflicting with WP Bakery Page Builder.
First, you need to deactivate it.
I’m not sure why all those tab og your page are messed up but it doesn’t come from our theme. In order to get the page builder back to the right places you should drag and drop the tab to the main space on your page.
You can also try checking the screen option you see in top right corner of your page: https://imgur.com/Mn4Ves0
Best,
PeeterThank you, as I stated in my reply email I’m not using this forum as a chat. I was told to create separate threads for different questions or functions to not mix everything up for you guys and to make communication more clearer.
Again, my reasons for multiple responses are when I come across an issue or something I don’t understand with the theme as I’m working on the theme, I come back to the thread and respond because I know you guys respond when it’s 3 am in the morning here in the states. So, I want to make sure there are no relapses.
Thrive Architect isn’t the issue as I deleted every third party plugin and I left your plugins up and the WP Bakery still goes to the side column when the 2 row screen option is selected. It may be a WordPress update that is causing this to happen.
It’s ok as for now I’ll just use 1 column to get around that issue.
Hello!
It can’t be the WordPress update because we tested it with our theme on our local and online clean installation and everything is fine.If you want I can check it for you. Just send us your credentials to team@themes2go.xyz and I’m going to see what’s going on.
Best,
