cannot read my text items

I bought the Vlogger theme, but it seems I cannot read the text when creating an new item or page.
The text for the content item is white on a white background. How can I change this ?

thanks for writing in. Andrea from Themes2Go Customer Support.
That bug may arise due to corrupted TinyMCE files or due to a conflict with the code of another plugin that is installed on the server.
Try to disable first all the plugins and check if the issue persists. If the bug is fixed, re-activate one by one all the plugins and check which is bugged.

I just disabled all the plugins, and reloaded the ‘edit page’ but it show the same editor, with white text, no buttons.

Before doing that, could you try with another browser and maybe delete your cache and check if the issue persists?
This is not a theme issue, so I would exclude all the browser stuff first.

I deleted my browser cache, tried another browser, but still no luck 🙁

I tried the editor on 3 devices, 2 Windows pc’s (Chrome and IE) and on a Mac (Chrome)

Hello ontwerpoost,
as I can see you are pasting HTML code in visual mode. Try to switch to text mode clicking on the top right corner of the text area and paste again the code.

This should fix all your issues.

That is not the issue.
The issue is that I cannot read the text and I do not have any buttons in the Visual Composer.
It is not that I am pasting HTML code in visual mode,..
I only selected some text to show (in the screenprint) that there is text, but it is not readable (white text on a white background) and no composer.
Might be handy if you have a mailaddress for me to sent credentials so you could have a look?

Could you please provide me first some screenshots?

I need a screenshot of:
1) plugins list page to check which are installed/active
2) a screenshot of your backend when creating a page/posts and the bug comes up.

I used a new fresh WordPress install, checked the editor options, and then installed the theme Vlogger again. The editor now works fine.
So no idea what happened the first time install, but this topic can be closed.
