Hi there,

Thanks for this amazing theme! Just started working on it and have consulted the manual and couldn’t find the necessary help. I will list my questions as bullet points here, please let me know how you can help.

1. For the contact us page – how can I incorporate reCaptcha or some form of captcha?
– Along the same lines, how can I adjust the subject line so it can take names and emails from the sender and incorporate into the email’s message subject line?
2. The footer – is there not a place to change configuration from 4 columns to 3 columns? Right now deleting a widget merely deletes it but the remaining widgets are left aligned instead of center align.
– Also on the footage, the telephone number is coded incorrectly. The url is supposed to be tel:xxx but it starts off with http:// and then adds tel to the end.
– On the Contact us page, how can we urlify the phone number and the email? Right now it’s not clickable.

Hello!
1) with our plugin you can’t but you don’t even need as we implement an anti spam already in the form. Otherwise install Contact Form 7 and it has ReCaptcha inside, our theme is made to work fine with this plugin.

2. No, footer is 4 columns fixed. You need to change in functions.php line 360

3. Contacts widget issue found and fixed. Uninstall the plugin “Themes2Go Widgets”, DELETE IT, then reinstall it fresh new from repository.

4. Contacts page: can’t change it easily, you have to edit the file of the plugin
widgets/qt-contactform/qt-contactform.php line347 and below, edit the HTML and add links to the texts there.

Thanks for the prompt response! Very helpful, I noticed you didn’t address some questions like the subject line customization to incorporate the senders’ information?

Also, is there an option to use a high res logo? Right now the standard png with 600dpi doesn’t look retina ready :/

Sorry I skipped those points.
Actually the native Contacts plugin was born as counter-offer to the more complex Contact Form 7, therefore it has no options or customizations, is just a “plug and play” form.
If you need to change contents, emails or anything else, you have to go with CF7.

For your logo, it is scaled down for the space but you can upload it scaled up, so you can upload it about 180px height and it will show nice in retina.
Just make the file a multiple of the height in px on a screen.

Got it. I didn’t want to use third party so I won’t lose the amazing features! I didn’t want to lose the three tabs at the top.

Another question, I tried to replicate the “My Services” section with 2 columns and for some reason on mobile there’s a huge gap between the columns but your sample shows as a continuous column of content. What can I do to replicate the continuity? I don’t see a place to attach images or else I would have.
