Demo Won't install

I downloaded the LifeCoach theme and installed it. I installed all plugins as recommended. When I go to install the demo it will not install. It simply locks up and the progress bar at the top stops moving. I’ve already tried the WP Reset and that did absolutely nothing. As evidenced by other posts this is a common recurring problem with this theme. Please fix it and advise.

Hi, this happens usually because of one of these 2 reasons:

1) You have other plugins installed that are blocking it. One of those possible plugins is for instance WordPress Importer, as it conflicts with our importer.
But to be sure, just uninstall all the plugins not provided with the theme, and then it whould solve.

2) Another possible reason is that your server doesn’t have enough allocated resources to import the demo data. Please be sure about your actual parameters by contacting your provider or installing a plugin called PHPinfo, that will let you know the max executio time, and the max memory allowed for your site.

You need max execution time at least 120 seconds and memory limit at least 128M but 256 is actually better.

As I look at it, how do I know if the demo actually installed? It seemed to lock up as the progress bar froze and the page locked but I reloaded it and it appears to have several pages listed. Can you tell me how to verify if the demo actually did install?

😮 Look at the frontend, if it looks as the demo (images of course shoould be replaced by a placeholder) then it’s fine.

From your message anyway it’s clear that the procedure runs, but it gets interrupted because of low server capabilities or limitations.

Did you ask your provider as suggested in the previous message?
Can you please post a screenshot of your phpinfo result?
