you do not offer direct support as your theme and plug ins are not as plug and play as you suggest
I have uploaded it several times done everything that your support forum says to do and it still does not look correct.
please help me with this or offer a refund

As I can see from your website, you did not follow the standard procedure to get the theme installed properly. In order to fix it, you need to start from scratch.
So you can choose among two ways:
– reinstall WordPress and start over a fresh installation
– install a plugin called WP-Reset and reset your installationNow, with your fresh and clean WordPress just follow our standard installation procedure. You can check it on either on our manual or video tutorial.

i Have done it a few times and it looks nothing like the demo it has a center taged look not full screen as advertised do you offer a private email support so I can have you look at the admin area like all of the other theme support systems now a days

and after going to plug in page manually and doing it BY THE BOOK IE Video you had me watch this is what happens…
OK had to skip some of your instructions and go to different screens to get it to work but its finally up…
I still believe you guys should have better support like the rest of theme forest..
Even if this theme turns out great I will be reluctant to use it again.

as I can see you’ve found your own way to get the theme work properly.

Said so, I think that this behaviour is far away to get support from any company. In particular this is not working for us because:
- Our first reply was given in 7 hours since the ticket was sent with the answer to your issue
