Hi,
Is the front end visual composer deactivated for this theme?
Also, I can’t find how to edit the lower part of the page https://imgur.com/a/3Qko2
where can I edit that?
Thanks!
Hello fearlesvixen09,
Visual Composer frontend is disabled by purpose as it doesn’t support the custom components added by our theme. By the way, if you need some help editing your pages feel free to ask me.The lower part of the page, called footer, can be edited by going via your WordPress backend and then Appearance -> Widget -> Footer Sidebar
Please see the images as reference.
I’m looking forward to assist you,
Andrea
okay thanks! But how can I get rid of the background image on there?
Hello!
In order to get rid of the footer’s background image you have to go on your WordPress backend then Appearance -> Customize -> Footer Customization and remove the background image as shown in the image below.I’m looking forward to assist you,
AndreaThanks Andrea!
So sorry for the many questions, I can’t find where to edit the feature image for the podcast. Where is it located?
Hello fearlesvixen09,
we are here to help you with your questions 🙂
Editing the feature image for the podcast is easy-peasy: just go to your WP backend and then Podcast. If you edit a single podcast you should see the featured image tab on the right sidebar of the page.I’ve just done a screenshot for you
If you have any other questions please feel free to ask me.
All the best,
Andrea
Hi Andrea!
Thanks for the instructions. But what I can’t edit out is the main Podcast Archive Page. It always go back to the default with the blue header and all. My edit and the element that I add doesn’t appear to see my set up from the screenshot I uploaded
when I updated and checked it went back to default

Hello!
I understand, you are trying to customize it for an Archive page, not for a single page. I think this is the issue, for archives custom backgrounds aren’t possible. The option is visible because they fall under the “pages” but for archives they are generally not recognized.
We will do some checks bout this, please confirm if this is the problem.
Thanks!
Hello, I’m here with an update: it is very possible to add a featured image for header in the blug by doing in this way:
1) Create a page and choose a blog template
2) Add a featured image
3) Be sure to NOT set this page as blog archive in appearance > Reading because this will prevent the page from being able to read its custom fieldshi thanks for the update but I have no issues editing a blog page. I have issues with the PODCAST main page.
Hello fearlessvixen09,
I get it now 🙂
I’ve just talked with our developers and we’ll fix it and release a theme update for you by this evening.I’ll keep you posted.
Andrea
Hello again, we just checked and the theme works fine displaying contents and special featured for podcast archives (in page 1 of the archive you see the contents, in the other pages of course you see only the archive items).
I see now your podcast page is working fine, with featured image and call to action:
Can you confirm the thing is solved please?
yeah, in a way… I was able to make a workaround. the problem with the theme is when you use the blog archive template and use the url, for example, fearlessvixen.org/podcast all customization created on the backend won’t be recognized it will go back to the default template header.
In order to make my customization happen, I had to change my default url which I am not really happy about.
Hello,
you solved the problem in the right way. This is not a theme’s problem but a WordPress issue. If you set the URL of an archive page with the exact name of the post format (your domain/podcast, your domain/video, etc..) WordPress will always override the theme’s template page customizations. If you need more explanations about this feel free to ask me.
Have a good day,Andrea
