Hi,
I installed a HelloBar on my website and it allows you to push the entire website header down. For some reason, it’s not working on our site. Can you please advise how to make it do so?
I also have a question regarding the WP Bakery plugin. It keeps saying it needs to be updated and when I go to update it, it won’t do it because it’s saying I don’t have access to it or I need to buy it. It came with the theme set up. Is this separate outside of this theme?

I’ve just found your website searching for you previous reply and I’ve seen what your problem is about.Considering that the problem is caused by third party plugins where we can give direct support, I think you can fix easily it.
First, you can check if the Hellobar plugin has some settings regarding its positioning.
If not, you should go to your backend, then Appearenace -> Customize -> Additional CSS and and this code:
@media only screen and (min-width: 1201px) { .qt-parentcontainer .qt-menubar { top: 60px; } }This will move the navigation down and should fit perfectly with your top message. 🙂
For the WP Bakery plugin update don’t worry, it comes bundle with the plugin and you have to buy it at all. We can provide plugin’s updates only when we provide a new version of the theme. This because we need to test the new plugin versions with the theme and be sure that everything works well together before distributing theme.
It will be our duty to provide fast updates in case security issues or severe WordPress incompatibilities appears.

Thank you, Andrea. I was able to add the css code and that fixed it. However, it didn’t fix it on the Mobile version. Is there something I can do so that it works on the mobile version?

I’ve just checked your website on mobile and for me it’s all fine.

Mine looks the same way on mobile but it’s still cutting some things off. In your picture, if you click the three lines that you see on the far left, when you open it, it’s hiding some of the prompts. Try it again on mobile

Now I understand but the issue is related with Hellobar plugin and I can’t customize its behavior.I can provide you this code snippet that will work if your Hellobar is opened but I can’t fix it when a user close it, if this does make sense for you.
It’s something related with a third party plugin behavior and goes out the support territory.
Add this to the Additional CSS section I’ve mentioned in my previous reply:
.side-nav { top: 142px; }You can try to contact the plugin author and check if there is any chance to push down our mobile menu.

I am also having an issue with the video portion in the theme. I can’t for some reason put hyperlinks to other Youtube links. It will not hyperlink. I’m referring to the text description area of a video post. It will not hyperlink Youtube links. How do I solve this issue?

I’ve just checked your website and it seems you have lots of third party plugins that could interfere with the text editor.
On a clean installation of the theme this issue doesn’t happen.
My advice is to disable all the third party plugins, included the auto optimize plugin, and check if the problem persists.Then you should enable all the plugins one by one and see which is generating the issue.

For this need you can proceed with 3 solutions:1. use Contact Form 7 (included with the theme): you can customize your form on your website but then you will need to connect it with your newsletter provider. Usually you can find useful information on how to do it on the newsletter provider website or support.
2. Embed a third party form: your newsletter provider should provide a “copy and paste” form that can be embedded on your website. Just check on your newsletter provider website or support.
3. use Mailchimp form (included with the theme): if you are using Mailchimp just go to your website backend and check Mailchimp WP. Here you should be able to connect your Mailchimp account and to your website and start collecting leads directly from your website.

I notice that my tagline for my website is still showing my old tagline. I updated it in the theme editor about a year ago and it still hasn’t updated. I can attach pictures to show you what I’m talking about. I don’t know how to add pics.
I’m referring to when you type in my url website you’ll see the small logo to the left and then you’ll see the tagline to the right. I think that’s what shows up on Google. I updated it on the site with the customize button about a year ago and I’m just now seeing that it never updated. Please advise.Thank you

Referring to your issue, you can edit the website url in Settings -> General.
https://imgur.com/N7SSIcRConsider to delete cache if managed with third party plugins otherwise you can’t see your edits.
As I can see, you have also installed Yoast Seo. You can edit the page title of your homepage: go in edit mode of your page, then scroll to the Yoast Seo tab and here you can set a SEO Page Title that will override the default one.

I have a question. I’m looking at all of my plugins on the backend of my wordpress site and I have over 30 active plugins. I want to delete and clean up my plugins. But, before I do. Which plugins are needed to stay on the backend of WordPress to be compatible for the Theme to work? I don’t want to delete plugins that the theme needs to function properly. Thanks
