Hi Team,
Im having issues with my current wordpress.
Issue:
I had a theme previously installed and decided to through themes2go Life Coach Theme.I followed the same instructions as per the YouTube Tutorial to upload and activated the theme. Up until completing the plugins i returned to the dashboard as per the instruction and HTTP 500 error popped. I then could not access my wordpress.
I went back to BlueHost and advised me that there is a Theme Template error.
Can you help me what is the next step? I am completely new to WordPress and your help is much appreciated.
Hello GezPerez,
It seems something went wrong installing the theme with its plugins.
The 500 internal server error runs on every page of your site when there’s a problem with the server or file system that’s powering your site. The cause most likely occurs in the root directory, where your WordPress files are, but it can also be caused by a problem on your host’s server. It could be generated from different things (corrupted .htaccess, Memory size limit, corrupted plugin folder and so on).
First of all, try to follow the video tutorial below.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qj4tfvMlcJs
This should solve your issue. If not, reply back here and I will help troubleshooting it.
All the best,Andrea

Hello,
it looks like your WordPress folder permissions can be wrong.
