Installed Theme Per Instructions (Not Working)

Hello,

Once I selected the version of the template that I wanted & clicked the imported demo content button, got notification that the import was successful… I clicked the “View Site” button… The only thing visible is the header and footer. Everything in the middle section is pages of code.

Hi, you didn’t install any plugin.
Please follow the installation procedure as described in the manual.
You have to go here and isntall all the theme plugins to see something:

BUT you’ll have to completely reset your installation because you imported the demo contents before installing the plugins so the contents are totally corrupted.

ALSO before performing the new installation, delete all the foreign plugins that are not coming from the theme lik ejetpack, bluehost, forms and so on, as they are not required and may cause conflicts during the installation.

Ok. Normally wordpress will tell the required plugins to install as soon as the theme is activated. It only recommended one. Perhaps I’ll need to search for each one manually when I try again.

Hello rsimon, this theme does the same, simply you didn’t click on the link to proceed with the installation. If you watch at the video or read the manual you’ll see what I mean.

So I have followed the instructions, but all of the images did not import… It says “demo image” where all the images should have loaded… Am I missing something?
