licence key and pluggin installation

Hi,

I have one person who was in charge of the installation of my LifeCoach WordPress theme for my new website. I provided him my access and my licence info but this person disappeared. It seems that he already started to install this theme and the pluggins which come with it.
I am now working with a new person and when she is trying to install pluggins she get stuck. I need your help.
Would it be possible to deactivate the old licence and provide me a new one to start fresh?

Today when I try to log to https://support.wpbakery.com/login I do not know what to use in term of login. I do not know if this is due to the fact the previous developer have done anything… Can you help me? How can I log to this page? what email should I use? can we reset it?
Y have tried to log with yann@sublyma.com (which is me) but they say they are not recognizing my licence.

thanks for writing in. Andrea here from Themes2go Customer Support.
In order to proceed with plugins installation, you don’t need a new license.

If your website is still empty and the person that was in charge for your website did not create any contents, I suggest you install the theme from scratch on a fresh WordPress installation.

Then you can proceed with theme installation following this video tutorial:

Finally, about WP Bakery Page Builder (or Visual Composer): you don’t need to login on WP Bakery support. It comes bundled with the theme. Due to Envato’s licensing rules, we provide the plugins as a built-in feature provided under a Bundle extended license, which forbids us to provide License Certificate and Purchase Code to our customers.

We can provide plugin’s updates only when we provide a new version of the theme. This because we need to test the new plugin versions with the theme and be sure that everything works well together before distributing theme.

It will be our duty to provide fast updates in case security issues or severe WordPress incompatibilities appears.
