Life coach – events – countdown – timer

Hello,

Wish you will understand my poor english.

We are using Life coach with word press. We try to create an event. For that we include the date but it look impossible to précise the hour of the event.

The problem is that the countdown timer is wrong.

How can we precise the time of the event or modify the countdown timer ?

your issue seems to be a bit strange. Could you send us a screenshot of the backend settings and one of the single event in frontend?

With the person who works on my website, we did “screen shot”, how can i dend it to you, this picture have no URL (i can t send them in this reply – i try a copy paste but i don t think you will have the screen shot).

Hi,
we’ve received you email within the screenshots under the spam filter, so please use only our forums to get instant support.
I figured out what’s your problem with the countdown event: actually there is not a “Hour of the event” field in backend. You can only set the date Year – month – day. Actually you can add the hour of the event by simply writing it down in the description.
The feature you need could be integrated in the new release but we didn’t set a date of launch yet.
