Hi,
I noticed when my site is on mobile feature (cellphone) my readers are unable to click on my posts in the featured playlist carousel when it’s displayed in the footer of the homepage of my site. It’s impossible to click on the posts and they won’t pop up on the slider. Are you guys aware of this issue? As well as when I click the drop-down menu there are times when the secondary category list won’t drop down for me to click other options.
Hello!
I’m really sorry but I don’t understand really where you mean, can you put a picture maybe?
Thanks!
IgorI just went to my website on my phone so that I can take a picture of the carousel to show you that people can’t click it. And then I just noticed that my mobile version of my site is disfigured. I’m not sure if this happened because I upgraded to your new theme or not. Can you please advise why the mobile version of your theme is not displaying correctly? Thx
https://imgur.com/a/FxDwwMy mobile site is back up correctly. I believe it had something to do with updating the LifeCoach theme. However, here is what I was trying to say in my first message. When I go to look on my site on my phone, the featured carousel in the footer which is the slider does not allow my readers to click to bring that particular post up. As you can see in the picture this is the slider. When I go to click on the titles it doesn’t pop up that particular post to view. It just stays looking like this as a slider. It will allow people to slide to look at the next picture, but they can’t read it. I should be able to click on the image or title and the post come up. There are also times when I click on the title and it will slide the carousel back to the first picture. There’s definitely a glitch.
https://imgur.com/a/UqrXkIssue detected, it’s happening only in mobile with Podcast type elements.
It has been fixed in the upcoming theme version, but you can already apply the fix. Please copy this code and add it to the custom CSS in Appearance > Customize > CSS.slick-slider .qt-item .qt-part-archive-item.qt-item-podcast { padding-bottom: 50px; }
Thanks
Where is the custom CSS in Appearance located for me to enter this code? Can you please send a screenshot. Thanks!
Great! Once the new theme update comes out and this is updated do I need to go in and delete this css code? Thanks
