New Versions and Updates

Hi, I got few questions:

1) If a new version will be released, is it updating automatically? (cause in the description on themeforest it says auto update)
2) Is it auto updating via envato market wordpress plugin?
3) where can I see the release notes in general, to see all the changes after new update?
4) when is the new update coming with the possibility to set eventcategorie background image? [Sorry, don’t want to stress you, just asking cause ist important for me 🙂 ]

Hello there was a new update at the end of august but the change that I can upload a background image at the eventtype pages is still not possible.

ok, is it meanwhile possible to set the eventtype header imagesize to short, like I can do at normal pages?

Just till I can set a image, cause its not good if users always see big black image all the time 🙂

Hello Stephan,
you can choose among these workarounds:

1) On the customizer -> Header you can set the short header for all your pages.

2) In your child theme, place this custom file our developer edited for you.

3) Update the theme. Good news! We’ve just included the custom background option for event types just now 😉

just one thing..The autozoom on the short headers Images are way to much. That makes it very difficult for me to show an specific sector.

Featured image will always cover its container in all headers.
Just crop your image in a wide proportion and then it should be good.
