Hello, it looks like you are using an old version of the theme, please update it and the installation of the plugin will work straight away.

Ok great… I have downloaded files from themeforest. Can you please send me link from where can download updated files…

Please, it is very urgent. My client has purchased the theme. and it is about 2 days we are getting these weird things happen.

Why you have not updated the theme files in themeforest. I have used so many themes before but never faced these type of issues. It is not a professional way. Please make it fix asap.

I am Andrea and I’ll assist with your issue.
It seems something is wrong with your installation files.
In order to avoid any doubt, I downloaded the theme straight from Themeforest, made a fresh installation and installed the theme following this manual page: http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/theme-installation/

The installation process was completed successfully and even the T2G Theme Dashboard was installed without problems as well the other included plugins.

See the image below that prove it:

I suggest you clear all your installation files and re-download the zip file from Themeforest in order to get our theme installed properly.

Also, please be sure to have latest theme version.
To be sure please download it from Themeforest, as with previous versions the theme may be trying to download old plugin versions that are not existing anymore.
