Vimeo link button at end

Hello Themes2go,

I have vimeo videos uploaded on the site and they have a feature of a clickable
button at the end of the video. When made in a video post, the button is not clickable due to the theme’s overlaid play bar and volume control.

I NEED to be able to have these buttons clickable and although it works in a regular post, I purchased this theme for it’s beautiful display of the video post.

PLEASE HELP!

Would it be possible to have the theme’s overlaid video controls completely removed after pressing the circle square button? That would allow the vimeo video controls to be visible and clickable, fixing the issue.

Just to add to it, the controls are not working at all to pause/exit video when played in mobile form on a phone. Sorry for the trouble, would extremely appreciate help on this!

Back to your issue, now:

1) The theme uses a featured player for YouTube, Vimeo and MP4 videos. This is the only way to provide all the functions included in the product such as responsive embedding, internal cues and more. For this reason, you can’t have other native functions as links in the videos from Vimeo or Youtube.

you can add banners and other HTML content on top of the videos using the ADS slots that you find in the customizer.

Of course the content is unique for any video.
Unfortunately as you are not linking your site we can’t understand your specific usage and can’t provide more appropriate solutions.

2) Mobile: the theme is widely tested on iOS and Android, the video player works perfectly on both systems using the native players. We are not able to reproduce any of the mentioned problems across several testing devices.
