Hello, received your website login info and performed some tests this morning, you may have received a couple of testing emails.
Those tests allowed us to understand the problem: your server has high security settings and it was not allowing to send emails with headers from the contact form.
So we made a new version of the plugin to work with your server and you can now also specify, if you want, another “from” email, but it has to be within your same website domain.

If the field is empty, the recipient address will be used.

You can do more tests if you want and let us know if you encounter any problem.
I’m sorry for the issue you had and thank you very much for all the help in the troubleshooting, we use this same contacts plugin in other themes which sold thousands of copies, but unfortunately your server has been the first with this problem, so there wasn’t a fix yet.

The last question is, why the text area in contact form is limited in number of words? for people who want to send email to sumeco via contact form will be limited. How to make it unlimited in number of words?

Good morning! Well actually we set a limitation of 300 characters because while receiving many messages is important for them to be brief. The limitation is a way to push the people into writing briefly.
Anyway, please find here a new version with a 1200 characters limitation:

You can delete the plugin from wordpress and upload this directly with the wordpress plugin installer.

Because I have removed some sections such as blog carousel, event carousel. I know I can get it with install the theme in another domain and install the demo contents.

You can add new rows following this video instructions:

Our theme adds 2 new options to the rows: Container and Negative Colors.
Container adds a restriction to the width of the contents, while negative colors is usegul if you want to make a row with a black background and white text (set the background color manually in the row design settins).

Please note that some of our theme’s elements requires to be in a full width column, like the slideshows for example.

You can easily change you font-size with a single line of CSS. Follow this:
go to Appearance -> Customizer -> Additional CSS and add this line:

p {font-size:16px}
