How can I get a refund? Had I known the required plugins were not available and if it has not been updated to work with woocommerce. What else am I going to run into. After reading issues in the forum looks like it is common practice to wait 6 – 12 months to do an update. Sorry but that is unacceptable with all the that seem to be wrong with this theme. It is a great looking theme, but that does not matter very much when you cannot get it to work as advertised.

I’m not sure what you are referring to when saying “the required plugins were not available and if it has not been updated to work with woocommerce”

As stated in my previous thread with you, the issue you might seeing is not related with required plugins but are just Lifecoach theme templates that prevent display issues.

Required plugins are bundled with the theme and usually get an updated most frequently than 6-12 months, most of the time when a new WordPress major updates has been released.

If you are experiencing any issues related with our product, you are in the right place to ask for support and we would be more than happy to support you with any theme related questions.
