Self Hosted Video Issue

Before I purchased this theme I asked if we could add self hosted videos, you guys replied yes. Everytime I try to add link to my videos, only the link shows up, not the video. I dont have this issue with youtube videos only self hosted.

Please get back to me ASAP, im on a tight deadline, also your set up is out of date with the new wordpress updates. WordPress 6.0 would do this with no problem but your back end is extremely out of date.

Update: I found where you add self hosted video, but your theme does not support mp4 files??? Please let me know, what formats work!

Our theme definitely support self hosted videos and it’s a straight forward procedure as using WordPress 6.0.

I’m pretty sure it’s something we can fix easily. 🙂

First, did you try to create a new post instead of editing an old one?

If this doesn’t fix the issue, you should send us a message to themes2go@gmail.com including:

– your website admin url
– admin username
– admin password

Once received we would take care of your website 🙂
