Hi Themes2go,
I am having an issue on the Tutorial page side bar where any cue description that is 2 lines length will push the “cue” button down to the next line which sometimes makes it un-clickable due to being behind the next line of cue text.
It is mainly an issue on the desktop display and mobile version, tablet version occasionally works because there is enough room on screen for the cue description to fit on 1 line instead of creating a second line.
Thank you!
Hello Sunset6,
I’ve just tested on my installation and it seems working fine without any issue.
Could you please send me your website URL so I can check on your installation? Thanks,
Andrea
Hi Andrea thank you for the response, I’m actually having an even bigger issue right now that I hope you can help with asap. I can no longer make video posts, the posts are created and look fine but will not play (or open) the video when the large play button is pressed at the top. All of my original posts are working fine but no new post is working. I am using vimeo links as my video source.
Example of new post that is not working: http://www.video-magazines.com/test/
Example of existing post that is working: http://www.video-magazines.com/dominic-mazzone-hustling-the-art-of-sales/
Hello Sunset6,
I’ve just checked the source code of both pages and it seems that in the new one the vimeo video id is not printed in the code. Could you check on your backend if you add the video in the same way as the old posts? If you could provide me some screenshots of the two pages (new and old), I will surely help you in a better way.
I am look forward to hearing you back.
AndreaThank you for the quick reply! Here is a wetransfer download link to the 2 screenshots:

I uninstalled all non-theme plugins to see if that was an issue and it was not changing everything so i re-installed the site.
When re-installing I added a post after each plugin I installed and everything was working okay. I had not post for a few days and then went back to post and the same thing happened.
I would also like to note that I tried duplicating a post to see if it would be a work-around to the issue and simply change the name and video of post within it. The name of the post would change but it would keep the original post’s video no matter what url I put in.
Is there a way to input the vimeo/video url from a deep backend part of the theme/ post or any other ideas of what it could be from your end? i would be more than happy to create an account for you to access the site and see if something else is going on in there.
Thank you so much I really can’t afford to re-install and recreate all the posts again for this business.

Hi Dan,
in order to check the issue, we need to login to your backend website.
For this kind of request, please follow this procedure: https://www.themes2go.xyz/helpdesk/email-support/Thanks in advance,
AndreaHi Andrea, thank you so much I have emailed the information now!
Hello we found the problem, you have a plugin called BSA that, if you have ads block on the browser, break the website functyionality. In fact, disabling ad-block in chrome, your BSA plugin loads correctly and the video shows fine.
1) Example errors of your plugin
https://imgur.com/yGM7o0M2) With ad block disabled: no errors and video works fine
https://i.imgur.com/EM3dXsH.jpgSo this problem is not related to the theme but happens because of a conflict between your plugin and ad-block.
There is nothing we can do to help you with this as our software is not involved in the problematics, I’m sorry. I’d suggest to find an alternative plugin to do whatever your plugin is doing as his one is blocked automatically. Thanks
About your post with totally missing video, the video URL we see in the screenshot you kindly attached in the previous file doesn’t exists at all, I’d suggest to please check the Video URL and try again.
Also please be sure that the provacy setting of the video are open.
