Unable to set header image to Members page

Hello,

I’ve been able to add a header image to every page but the Team Members page and it’s configured the same as all the other pages.

Please help!

I would also like to know what image size fits best with the Members feature since none of the pics I currently have look good like the demo?

Let me say that I didn’t have the chance to completely load your website due to server speed issue.
With that being said, you have to use the featured image setting included in your team members page.

Once saved, you should be able to have a proper header image set on your team members page.

Regarding single team member pic sizes, we recommend 16:9 ratio with a 2550px width. This will ensure that a single image will fit well on every website position/size eg archives, header, etc.

In order to have the best results, just be sure to position your subject center aligned into the frame.

Thank you for your response. I have added an image in the featured image selection you pointed out. It works on every page of the website but the team members page. Any idea why this is the only page this isn’t working.

I also can’t hide the header from the design customization area of the Members page. It’s like none of the changes I make on that page are reflected with the /members/ link but they are if i change the link to /team-members/

Any ideas?
