Video player problem with IOS

Hello, Im noticing that on IOS 12.1.3 (which is the latest update), the video player hangs with the loading icon and takes about 20 seconds or longer to begin playing. Are there known issues with iphone?

I’ve just checked our demo with iPhone and iPad and no issues where found.
Maybe it could be something related to your hosting.

your demo actually works on my phone so possibly it is a hosting issue. I will check with them ans see. Thank you

I contacted my hosting company and they dont see any issues with the server. They suggested it might have something to do with the template.

One thing that I noticed: (IOS only)
When you choose a short video, the delay is minimal (about 2 seconds delay to play a 9 minute video).
When you choose one of my long videos, the delay is long (about 31 second delay to play an 11 hour video)

Hello Michael,
I’ve just tested your videos and the long video took more time to load.
After a search on Google, it seems to be something related to the latest update (12) of iOS that can’t be fixed by our developers on the theme.

Did you experience the same problem straight on YouTube?
