I do not duplicate/copy premium theme activations on my WPMU, that is not possible to do. I mean i can activate the theme on multiple sites but with all other premium themes i must enter the product code on the domain i want the theme fully active on and it only allows it to be entered for the number of licenses I buy otherwise it doesn’t work. The product code activation can only be designated to a single domain and indeed they are. It’s not my fault you didn’t build your theme that way. Maybe in your next release, you will update this?

You need to put in big giant letters in the first summary of your description “DOES NOT WORK WITH MULTI-SITE“

“All” links to HOME go to the main site, not the sub-site.

I have also tried: deactivating all plugins except domain mapping and creating a fresh sub-site with only the essential plugins running.
