hey there got another question, take a look at my homepage and you’ll see I put a background color behind the bullet points, but it completely blocks the image behind it. does this theme have some kind of overlay feature where I can put a color behind the text on my home page but change the opacity so you can still see the image?

now that I got that mock site going I went back to my site I was originally trying to install the theme on and deleted all files and reinstalled WordPress with a fresh install. now I can’t even upload the plugin: here is the failure message:

thanks for the info I figured out the testimonial but the main image on the home page still does not show. here is a screen shot I followed your manual exactly but it still does NOT work https://imgur.com/a/NmZk0

sorry my friend but this help platform is inherently flawed and dated. there is no ability to send screenshots, no ability to have support log in and see problems and its taking you more time than if you just used zendesk or something else. You’ll have to go back and forth twice as much.

Anyway I’ve just tried a new install on a clean site and the demo worked, but now to start with there are a couple new problems.

1) I’ve uploaded an image under “appearance” “customize” “header” under “default header background image” but it doesn’t show at http://awakenthewarriorwithin.net

2) also I’ve swapped out existing testimonials for mine but on the home page when you click the right or left arrow it doesn’t show the other testimonials???

3) Lastly, your directions say “Update Visual Composer” it doesn’t say if this is required to use it or ??? what is the deal here? I’ve activated the plugin but I don’t see any composer anywhere.

I already read that and went through it several times, this still is NOT installing anything but the plugins. All other text content and modules don’t seem to be loading. please help
