I have a question. I’m looking at all of my plugins on the backend of my wordpress site and I have over 30 active plugins. I want to delete and clean up my plugins. But, before I do. Which plugins are needed to stay on the backend of WordPress to be compatible for the Theme to work? I don’t want to delete plugins that the theme needs to function properly. Thanks

I’m referring to when you type in my url website you’ll see the small logo to the left and then you’ll see the tagline to the right. I think that’s what shows up on Google. I updated it on the site with the customize button about a year ago and I’m just now seeing that it never updated. Please advise.Thank you

I notice that my tagline for my website is still showing my old tagline. I updated it in the theme editor about a year ago and it still hasn’t updated. I can attach pictures to show you what I’m talking about. I don’t know how to add pics.

I am also having an issue with the video portion in the theme. I can’t for some reason put hyperlinks to other Youtube links. It will not hyperlink. I’m referring to the text description area of a video post. It will not hyperlink Youtube links. How do I solve this issue?

Mine looks the same way on mobile but it’s still cutting some things off. In your picture, if you click the three lines that you see on the far left, when you open it, it’s hiding some of the prompts. Try it again on mobile

Thank you, Andrea. I was able to add the css code and that fixed it. However, it didn’t fix it on the Mobile version. Is there something I can do so that it works on the mobile version?

I have updated the latest version of LifeCoach when you guys had an update on last week. That was when I noticed that the WP Bakery plugin did not update with it. It’s still telling me I need to update it and then when I go in to update it says that I need to purchase the license. So, therefore, the plugin sits in my needs to update section. Can you please advise.

I’m not sure what you’re saying. You guys just sent a new update to the theme. I updated it. However, the WP Bakery plugin did not update. It still won’t update and I thought when you guys give an update on the theme this should update as well. Please advise what to do. Thx

My mobile site is back up correctly. I believe it had something to do with updating the LifeCoach theme. However, here is what I was trying to say in my first message. When I go to look on my site on my phone, the featured carousel in the footer which is the slider does not allow my readers to click to bring that particular post up. As you can see in the picture this is the slider. When I go to click on the titles it doesn’t pop up that particular post to view. It just stays looking like this as a slider. It will allow people to slide to look at the next picture, but they can’t read it. I should be able to click on the image or title and the post come up. There are also times when I click on the title and it will slide the carousel back to the first picture. There’s definitely a glitch.

I just went to my website on my phone so that I can take a picture of the carousel to show you that people can’t click it. And then I just noticed that my mobile version of my site is disfigured. I’m not sure if this happened because I upgraded to your new theme or not. Can you please advise why the mobile version of your theme is not displaying correctly? Thx

I just received an update to update the theme…so I did. Then I went to update the WP Bakery plugin and it did not update still. Is the new theme update not compatible with the update to WP Bakery?

Ok, thank you. So, I need to leave it in the updates section and not worry about the updates. When it’s time for a new update with your theme, will it update on its own and disappear off of my updates lists for plugins?

This is what it says for this plugin. It will not allow me to update it without paying for it. Does it have to do with your theme needing an update? Do I need this plugin on my site with this theme? I’m not sure what it’s used for.

It’s just when we activate the social warfare plugin our entire homepage changes colors and becomes distorted. I don’t know how to show you unless I activate the plugin. When I deactivate the plugin our homepage and site goes back to normal. When you’re referring to CSS adjustments are you referring to coding by a developer?

The weird thing is we actually did all of that early February. We scaled down the pictures and did the cache. We actually paid a developer to make the changes for us and he used that same site you recommended and it came back at a B grade. Then I noticed our site was slowing down and I went back on Gtmetrix and it’s graded an F.

This is what he said below and maybe it’s something with the theme’s functions:

I only ask because we have made the changes and verified it in the code of the site, but the page speed tests are still seeing old info. None of those items are found on the site and they are still “showing” them as loading which isn’t correct.
