Ok, what about when I put a html code in a post on the html side to show a ad. The ad isn’t displaying? Should we put codes for ads somewhere else? Or, is there something we need to do when adding it? Thanks

Hi,

We did post the video link in the footer that says video url while creating the post. However, the video is not appearing so we had to then embed the video url in the body of the content post. Why is it not working when we put it in the custom field itself?

My previous question that was answered was I was wondering where my feed went. I’ve since found my feed and now I need to know how does your theme feed to podcasting platforms via your Podcast section. We currently use Power Press and on our old website it feed through categories. Your theme doesn’t allow categories. It has filters. Power Press does not recognize filters. How does your theme connect to other podcast platforms such as iTunes, Spotify and such. I’m sure people who are using your theme like the podcast feature that you guys have. Well, how are they getting it to feed to iTunes?

No, this question was not answered. I asked how does your theme connect or feed to iTunes. There has to be a way because you guys actually have a separate section for podcasts. How does your theme feed to PowerPress. Or, does your theme use a different plugin.

Can someone please answer my previous question. This is extremely serious. Our feed is not working on iTunes or any other platforms and we are highly ranked on the charts. Our developer says- It seems like something on your site is blocking PowerPress from adding podcast episodes to your site’s RSS feeds. Even the main site feed, which at least has items in it, isn’t getting your podcast episodes.

In regards to the Pinterest picture it’s not pulling the large picture that’s at the bottom of the post. And, some posts don’t pull up a picture at all when I go to share it.

I also have another issue. How do I change the share buttons info. When I go to share the twitter it says something about via quantum theme. How do I remove that?

In addition to my two questions above. I also noticed that some of our pages have two different color text. How do we make it all the blue text and not black? There are some paragraphs that are in black text and some in blue. We didn’t touch anything to make this happen.

I asked a question above as well. Also, is there a better way to have our site load quicker with your theme? Anytime we go to our website it takes a few seconds for the pictures to zoom in and get in place. We didn’t have this problem prior to uploading this theme.

We are launching our site on Monday and we put up a coming soon page. For some reason it’s still showing our new site to the public. Is there a coming soon page plugin that is compatible with your theme?

I got the homepage to work. It’s a plugin that I added that is causing it not to show for some reason. I’ll wait for the other questions to be answered.

Please check out my previous question that I’m seeking advice on.

Also, something strange just happened and I don’t know what’s going on. When I click my home page there is only the menu bar and the footer. All of the content is missing when I go to preview it. However, if I try to go and edit the page all of the content is on the backend it’s just not showing on the live preview. Please advise. We launch on Monday and I need to get this fixed and make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Along with my previous question, is there a way to remove or prevent people from commenting on our blog or posts? Do we have the ability to remove comments?

As well as, do we have the ability to remove dates or the year showed on our posts, videos, and podcasts?

Another question for you. On our blog page, I am having trouble figuring the sizing of the featured image. It seems no matter what size image I put, the theme zooms in on it instead of using its original size. I have made the size very large and it zooms in, then I make the image smaller and it zooms in even more. What size should the featured image be on this page and how can I make the theme not zoom in the picture?

I understood what you were saying I just didn’t know why the image will change on the same page after I refresh it. It continues to keep showing different cropped images just by refreshing or clicking the category again. That doesn’t seem right to me. This is all on the same computer and page.

I’ll try using your image widths that you provided and see if this helps solve the issue.

Ok, regarding the header image is there a particular size that I should use? When I preview the image it looks one way and then when I refresh or click the podcast category the header changes and looks a different way. This is all on the same computer. Is there a way around this?

I also need to know…

I put a new header image on my podcast page and when I go to preview the page and update it the image in the header looks fine. But, when I go on another computer or I have someone else look at the same page on their computer at home, the image is cut off and not displayed correctly.

Can you please advise on both questions?

Are we able to have page numbers at the bottom of the page for the video homepage? When we click video all of the videos are on one page going straight down. It doesn’t show the page numbers unless we click a category. Is there a way to have pages on the main video page?

Also, is there a way to have boxes that open up to different url’s on the press page? Just like this example- https://imgur.com/a/WpXlP

Is there something in the visual composer that can mimic this. We want to organize our press page with imagery and links without having to put text. Thanks!

Currently, the header is black with text on it when I go to the live header. Why isn’t there a standard picture displaying here if what you’re saying is correct regarding a third party plugin which I don’t believe we have.

Is the 1600 pixels also what we should be using for video images too?
