Hi Andrea,
As mentioned earlier, I have already done a fresh WordPress installation and followed the video tutorial to install five times. Each time I have used WP Reset, deleted all the plugins, and cleared the cache before reinstalling. Each time the same three plugins will not install, and everytime I download your Theme Demos the website turns into a page full of numbers and letter with very little of the page being legible.
I do not have any additional time to dedicate in making this them work as advertised. Please process a refund for the purchase of this theme at your earliest convenience.Thank You Very Much Andrea

in reply to: Problem with PlugginsAs an added step, I deleted all of the pluggins, cleared the cache, and used WP Reset before downloading and installing the latest version of the theme from Theme Forest. When I watched the installation video and followed it step by step, while reinstalling the pluggins, I recieved the error below on the same three pluggins.
