unfortunately there is no option that allow to the flout ad section to stay hidden when a user moves on to different pages after clicking the “X”.

In order to remove the “JOIN OUR COMMUNITY” and subscription button in the header go to Appearance -> Customize -> Header and the scroll down to Call to Action text and link.
Delete the entries, save and you’ll be ready to go.

Andrea here from Themes2go customer support.Let me say that I didn’t have the chance to completely load your website due to server speed issue.
With that being said, you have to use the featured image setting included in your team members page.Once saved, you should be able to have a proper header image set on your team members page.
Regarding single team member pic sizes, we recommend 16:9 ratio with a 2550px width. This will ensure that a single image will fit well on every website position/size eg archives, header, etc.
In order to have the best results, just be sure to position your subject center aligned into the frame.

Changing page template could be very hard without coding skills so for this I suggest just to hide elements with some css line (easier to implement).Just let me have the list of the information you would like to get rid and I would send you a little snippet to hide them.

Elementor is not compatible with our product, you have to use WP Bakery Page Builder in order to build and edit your pages.
If you see any message asking to provide a purchase code of the bundled plugins, in this case WP Bakery Page Builder, you can discard it.

I’m not sure what you are referring to when saying “the required plugins were not available and if it has not been updated to work with woocommerce”
As stated in my previous thread with you, the issue you might seeing is not related with required plugins but are just Lifecoach theme templates that prevent display issues.
Required plugins are bundled with the theme and usually get an updated most frequently than 6-12 months, most of the time when a new WordPress major updates has been released.
If you are experiencing any issues related with our product, you are in the right place to ask for support and we would be more than happy to support you with any theme related questions.
Our product still does what you can see in our ads. Nothing less, nothing more 🙂

The issue you might seeing is not related with required plugins but are just Lifecoach theme templates that prevent display issues.So, in terms of functionalities, you will not experience any kind of issues.

I’ve managed to update all the plugins and theme, now your website is showing WP Bakery Page Builder shortcodes in the right way.I saw you’ve installed also Visual Composer and I suggest you to deactivate it and use just WP Bakery Page Builder to build your pages.
Having two page builders might affect your website behavior.Just let me know if everything is fixed.

Now it’s all clear.
WordPress needs a Linux environment to run properly as described on its requirements https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/.
You are using a Windows hosting, for this reasons you would have also limitations on your website.I highly recommend switching to a different Linux hosting.

I’ve just logged into your website and I understand what the issue is related to:
Basically you didn’t install WP Bakery Page Builder (the bundled page builder) that converts that html code into visual elements such as rows, columns, etc.Fixing this is a straight forward procedure:
– update the theme
– go to your backend -> Vlogger -> click on plugins and you should find a list of not installed/updated plugin.From what I can see though, you have same restriction server side that are not related with the theme. See the image below.
Currently we are unable to manage your server configuration so you have to request this to your hosting provider.
You can easily share with your hosting provider our requirements list: https://themes2go.xyz/manuals/vlogger/knowledge-base/requirements/
Once “unlocked” those new requirements I can easily support with your request.
Consider that now, I couldn’t perform any new theme upload on your website.Please reach out your hosting provider and then get back to me.

Regarding the issue, you should first send us a link of your website so we would be able to start a first debug of you WordPress installation.

Updating the plugin is just a matter of a few clicks as mentioned on our online manual (you have the link inside the product file you downloaded but also in your WordPress backend).
https://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/vlogger/knowledge-base/plugins-updates/Just go to your backend, then Lifecoach and click on plugins then list will be updated and you’ll be able to update reaktions plugin.
Just let me know if you fixed the problem.
