Vlogger is capable of embedding only one video for post and this is the reason why the ultimate member plugin is not working properly.

This is made by purpose, in fact we couldn’t handle and trigger video controls for two or more videos.

Regarding series, you can add both standard and tutorial to series for sure.

I’ve just checked your source code and it seems you have multiple third party plugins installed that could interfere with our theme.

I should ask you to disable all the unbundled plugins and check if the problem persists. If not, try to enable back all the plugins one by one checking which is faulty.

With our latest theme update we’ve fixed the issue you are mentioning so I’m thinking is more related to some external plugin.

Hello!
In order to import vimeo videos to Vlogger you don’t need iframe embed code.
Just copy and paste the vimeo url from your video and paste in the text editor.
This will automatically convert the url to a playable video.

The procedure shown in the video is related to YouTube video but it’s the same with Vimeo. You have to import video with this format:

If this doesn’t happen we should investigate and check your website.

TTG Core latest version is 1.3.3.
Go to the plugins list and deactivate and then re activate the ttg core plugin.
This should trigger the plugin update warning.

If this doesn’t show up, go to the themes section and switch from main theme and child theme or viceversa.

This is quite an unusual bug but I’m sure you can easily fix it by updating theme and plugins to the latest version (mainly the TTG Core plugin).

Hello Kaspar,
this is something related with the plugins update procedure.
What you can do is this:
1) Go to the plugins section and delete the QT ContactForm Plugin
2) Once done, go to the Lifecoach Theme Dashboard and click the plugins tab
3) Here you should see the QT ContactForm plugin on the list ready to be installed.
4) Install and activate the plugin

Just perform this steps and let me know if this can fix it.

What I suggest you is to update the entire theme which also includes the latest version of WP Bakery Page Builder. We’ve released a theme update on 17th December 2020.

If you face any issues with the the theme update just let know and I will send you a link to the Visual Composer plugin.

currently there is no such feature included with the theme.
You have two option to make it done:

a) use a third party plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/add-widget-after-content/

b) hire a freelance developer (Envato Studio or Fiverr will be ok) and ask him to add a customization to the child-theme.

The a) option is easy and zero cost to implement but you will need to choose the best one that fits your needs (and check the compatibility with the theme)

The b) option could have an initial cost but you would have a future proof customization.

The WP Core 5.6 Update is causing many issues abroad many themes out there.
The bug you’re mentioning is not related by our theme but from the page builder.
Just few days ago we’ve rolled out a new update of the theme included the latest version of WP Bakery Page builder.

Just want to share with you that a new theme update is available for download.

We fixed the “Hide first video from contents” bug on local mp4 files.
Unfortunately, regarding the autoplay feature we can’t do anything due to a Chrome update that disabled autoplay feature for self-hosted files.

The autoplay feature is currently available only for YouTube e Vimeo videos.

We’ve just checked your feedbacks and we’ve noticed a bug when importing videos from the media library.

Our developers are investigating and I’m going to get back to you as soon as possible with an answer on both hiding the video from contents and autoplay.

Regarding the videos below the main one you can use a css snippet to hide them.
Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and paste this code:

.qt-slickslider-container.qt-slickslider-videos {display:none}

Click Publish and you will be ready to go 🙂

Our developers just checked the issue and it seems it’s something related with the theme settings. It’s quite easy to fix 🙂

Just go on your backend, then Appearance -> Customize -> Video post and enable the”Add video header on video post formats”

Just to get your life easier, here’s the list.

If you have any form on your website consider keeping installed also Contact Form 7 and Mailchimp, based on which you are using.

For all the other plugins the decision is up to you based on your needs.

Referring to your issue, you can edit the website url in Settings -> General.

Consider to delete cache if managed with third party plugins otherwise you can’t see your edits.

As I can see, you have also installed Yoast Seo. You can edit the page title of your homepage: go in edit mode of your page, then scroll to the Yoast Seo tab and here you can set a SEO Page Title that will override the default one.
