Hello!
Currently there is no such feature included with the theme. This kind of customization goes out of the support territory but you could be easily find help on 3rd party website such Codeable, Envato studio or Fiverr.
Have a good day!
in reply to: Podcast filter imageHello!
Currently our theme doesnโt support different embed styles from Soundcloud but I can point you to a quick workaround.
Instead of adding the default Soundcloud url on the podcast details tab, just copy and paste inside the text editor (not visual) your podcast code and you will be ready to go ๐
Check the image as reference:
https://imgur.com/YRGOdP0After this just switch to visual mode and you will see the new embed Soundcloud player
Just keep in mind to add a date (needed for WordPress archives) on the podcast details.
Hope this helps!

in reply to: Soundcloud embed styleHello!
Currently our theme doesn’t support the embed of Spreaker podcast but I can point you to a quick workaround.
On Spreaker help documents I found this procedure: https://help.spreaker.com/en/articles/3753188-adding-the-embedded-player-to-external-websites-and-blogs
You can embed easily your Spreaker podcast in your podcast pages by embedding the code provided.
So, instead of adding a soundcloud or mixcloud podcast, just copy and paste inside the page your podcast code and you will be ready to go ๐
Just keep in mind to add a date (needed for WordPress archives) on the podcast details.
Hope this helps!

in reply to: Spreaker PodcastHello!
As you can see on our online demo (http://themes2go.xyz/demos/life-ecom/), images have square ratio so I suggest you to crop your original images to square format.
Having images with different ratios will affect the shop grid and you will get an untidy layout.
You can download and use this image as reference:
http://themes2go.xyz/demos/life-ecom/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/lifecoach-wordpress-book-mockup-elite-2.jpgOur demo images are 2000x2000px, you can scale yours at 1200x1200px and you would have a nice result as well.
Hope this helps!

in reply to: WooCommerceHello Ruth,
after checking with our developers, it’s not an easy task customizing the color to the countdown because it’s generated from a Css canvas. You can easily change all the texts but not the circle. To do so we would rewrite some code of the theme and for this there is no easy implementation for your request.
in reply to: WooCommerceHello,
colours are managed globally following Material Guidelines. Check this out:
http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/customizing-your-website/
I recommend using the color picker you can find inside the Customizer to edit your colours.Which page do you want do edit the countdown in?
Regarding the event page you can enable sidebars on Appearance -> Customize -> enable events page sidebar

1) The theme is fully translatable, including the “Read More” title.
I suggest you installing a plugin called Polylang or WPML, find the title you want translate and replace it with your language/string.
You can also follow our manual: http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/translating-the-theme/2) Our product is 100% virus free. Envato has restrictive standard about products code. Before a theme receive the approval to be sold on the marketplace, there are several code check by Envato staff. If the code is not secure, the theme can’t be sold. So we are sure our code can’t generate virus or anything bad. I think it could be only be generated by third party plugins.
3) Our theme does not include this feature and this goes very far away from the support territory ๐ By the way you can edit the code included in the phpincludes/part-archive-item-members.php including the full width class form the page-fullwidth.php template. Make sure to use our provided child theme and make a backup before proceeding.
Have a nice day!
in reply to: How changer iconHello!
This is something related with the font type and it can’t handled for single pair of letters.
You can adjust the global letter spacing in Appearance -> Customize -> Typography and set a value for Headings Letter spacing, for example 0.1 em.in reply to: How changer iconHello!
I’ve investigated your case as it seems your WordPress version is not longer supported by Contact Form 7.This is your website source code and it seems you are on WordPress 4.4.2
On the Contact Form 7 plugin page (https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/) it’s stated that you need at least WordPress 4.9 or higher
So please, update your WordPress version to the latest version (or at least to the one required from CF7) and check if the problem persists.
Have a good day!
in reply to: Contact Form 7Hello!
Searching online I found these 2 posts.
The issue could be fixed by updating WordPress to its last version or disabling third-party plugins.Check them out.

https://colorlib.com/wp/forums/topic/error-activating-contact-form-7-and-accessing-customise/
in reply to: Contact Form 7Hello!
As this seems only a Contact Form 7 issue related I suggest request support from the plugin developer here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/contact-form-7/
Maybe you can try to roll back the plugin version with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/ and check if it’s a problem that affects the latest version only.
You can also try to ask your hosting provider to switch the PHP version to 7.3.
These could probably help you fixing it.
Keep me posted on that.

Andrea here from Themes2go Customer Support.Contact form 7 is tested and bundled within the theme so I am sure it’s not a theme problem related. Just few questions to help me with you issue:
– can you link your website url please?
– is contact form 7 the only plugin it does not activate?
– could you please send me a screenshot of the error message? Thanks in advance,
Andreain reply to: Contact Form 7Hello Ruth!
As I can see the problem is not WooCommerce but your images that are in low resolution. In this case your image is 230×361 pixel and it has been scaled up to fit the container so it becomes blurry
https://diamonddynastyconsultant.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Call-To-Duty-e1584627151394.pngFor this, the image is not sharp.
https://diamonddynastyconsultant.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Now-I-Know-I-Am-Beautiful-430×690.pngI recommend upload images with higher resolution. That’s all ๐

Thanks for your time!in reply to: How changer iconHello audrius,
you can edit the icon but you will need to edit some source code.
Here’s the walkthrough:– If you have not already done, install the provided child theme (http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/theme-installation/). This will guarantee that your customizations will be saved in case of theme update.
– go to the main theme folder on your FTP or localhost to this path:
lifecoach -> wp-content -> themes -> lifecoach -> phpincludesHere you will find a menu.php file.
– Copy phpincludes folder including only menu.php to the child theme folder:
lifecoach -> wp-content -> themes -> lifecoach-child– Now edit the file at line 103.
You have to edit toSave the file and refresh your website page.
This will change your hamburger menu icon to a phone icon.
You can check all the available icons here: http://demo.amitjakhu.com/dripicons/If you need another icon just change the “dripicons-menu” with “dripicons-youricon”
Hope this helps!

Thanks for your time!in reply to: Pages not formatting to full widthHello audrius and thanks for reaching us.
I think your talking about the top right “hamburger” icon.Currently there is no option included within the theme that allow to change the icon in an easy way.
Which icon do you need? It’s something included in dripicons or it’s something else?
What I can do for you is pointing you on a code customization.
Just keep me posted ๐
in reply to: How changer iconHello Ruth and thanks for reaching us.
1. Fullwidth page: to fix this, edit your page, on the right sidebar on Page Attributes select Page Visual Composer and save your page.
2. If you are referring to the Not secure label near to the website URL, it doesn’t depend by our theme but it’s something related with your hosting.
You will need to install a SSL certificare (the most common is called Let’s Encrypt, it’s free) and switch your website URL from http to https. You can switch this on your Backend -> Settings -> General.
After this it might be needed to install a third party plugin called “Force SSL” (you can download it for free from the WordPress repository).
So the steps are: contact your hosting and install a SSL certificate -> switch URL -> install Force SSL.
3. Social share bar: currently the share bar is not customizable: when the theme was created, we have integrated only the biggest social media platforms.
If you need to remove it, just go on your backend and then reach Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and paste this line of code:.qt-sharepage {display:none}
Click Publish and you’re ready to go.
This will hide the social bar from all your pages.Hope this helps, if you any doubt feel free to reply below.

in reply to: Pages not formatting to full widthHi Ruth!
The homepage image is 2550ร1700px.
Regarding the footer, you can go for 1600ร600px.This is the image included in the demo: http://themes2go.xyz/demos/lifecoach/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/lifecoach-footer-bg.jpg
Last, you can add you social networks icons by going in Appearance -> Customize -> Social Networks.
in reply to: footer, Image and footer barHello Ruth,
removing the logo on the footer is quite easy but you will need nome CSS code:
go to your backend then Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and add these lines:.qt-footer-logo {display:none}
Make sure to click the blue button on the top “Save” before close the page.
Regarding the image you need, you can save on your PC from here:
http://themes2go.xyz/demos/lifecoach/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/lifecoach-home-new.jpgAssuming you are talking about this https://imgur.com/cU26hry, there is no feature included with the theme that allows switching social bar with bottom menu but you can do it editing the source code of the page and tweaking some CSS code.

in reply to: footer, Image and footer barHello Amanda,
before proceeding with further request I recommend link your website so I can check it.Regarding the blanked page I think there is something messing up your code, most of the time third-party plugins. Just try to deactivate them leaving only the theme bundled ones and check if the problem persists.
Testimonials have not 2 rows, they just need a featured image and it will cover the entire row. https://imgur.com/oe5uNkQ
Follow the steps on our manual: http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/2-4-testimonials/About your footer: it could be something related with third-party plugins (as described above) or just you don’t edit it properly. For now I can only send you this page manual and let you check if some settings is missing:

Have a nice day,
Andreain reply to: Save a template in Wp BakeryHello Amanda,
as I can see there is something wrong on your header maybe due to wrong customizations or because you installed third party plugins not compatible with our product.
You should consider that our theme can’t fit all the website design and you need some expertise to reach your final goal.
If you can’t do it with the default settings you should work with HTML and CSS but this goes out the support territory. For this I can only point you on the right path to fix your problem.
You can check our online manual here: http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/customizing-your-website/You will find useful details, for sure.
1. Phone number and social networks icons as shown on tobyrobbins.com can’t be easily replicated on our theme (You should manage HTML and CSS). Said this you can add the phone number on the left side and the social networks on the right side.
You can go on Appearance -> Menus, create a new menu with a custom link including your phone number. This menu should be set as secondary header menu.
Social networks can be added on Appeareance -> Customize -> Social Networks.
2. You can customize your header style going to Appearance -> Customize -> Header and then in Appearance -> Customize -> Colors customization.
3. You can add Testimonials in an easy way by just following these instructions:
http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/2-4-testimonials/I think these points could help you with your website design.
I highly suggest our video tutorial playlist you can find on our manual or on YouTube at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=da_svI9npVA&list=PLCGMXZPzCkmaiQ4jHABlftTJ3qVKu6L2b&index=2Hope this can help you fixing your issue.

Andreain reply to: Help with customising rowsHello Angel and thanks for reaching us.
Andrea here from Themes2go Customer Support. It seems there is a bug on WP Bakery Page Builder that has been fixed on the latest release. We can’t provide a quick theme update including the new page builder now but I can provide you the latest plugin version itself.
You will need to deactivate the older one and install it manually as described on our manual’s page: http://themes2go.xyz/manuals/vlogger/knowledge-base/plugins-updates/
Here’s the link to WP Bakery Page Builder last version:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ec9akqauvkcp1e2/js_composer-6.1.zip?dl=0I’m sure this will fix the issue.
Regarding the PHP version, we highly recommend PHP 7.3 or higher.
Hope this helps, if you any other questions regarding this just reply below.
Have a good day!
