Hello audrius,
make sure to select the “event” post type in the shortcode settings like the image below: https://imgur.com/3slBPzOYou can also try to filter the events by slug category (not ID) as described on our manual’s page here: http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/theme-shortcodes/
If you have any third party plugins installed try disabling them and check again. Most of the times they are the main cause of this kind of issues.
Keep me posted on this.

Replies notifications are switched off on purpose because some time ago our server has been blacklisted due to some users that marked our notification mails as spam.For this we decided to stop sending outgoing notifications when a reply is created. We are currently checking for a fix but for now we can’t guarantee email notifications to our registered users.
Hope this clarify, thanks for your understanding.
in reply to: Notification of the reply madeHello!
As you can see is something related with your hosting where CURL is not enabled and the theme can’t connect to our server in order to retrieve and download the latest plugins.Now you have two options:
1. contact your hosting provider asking for CURL activation on your server and repeat the installation procedure
2. install ttg-core plugin manually first and then the other ones with the automatic procedure. Here’s the link: http://www.themes2go.xyz/plugins_repo/lifecoach/lifecoach-191001-zG19o/ttg-core-1.2.9.zipIf even this don’t helps, I can access to your website and check your installation.

Best,
Andreain reply to: Installation Critical ErrorHello there!
We dig into the issue and it seems that the installation procedure has note been done properly, for example activating some plugin before the main ttg-core plugin.In order to fix it follow these steps:
– deactivate ALL the installed plugins
– delete ALL plugins via FTP
– activate the theme (child theme is better)
– install again the bundled pluginsThis should fix your issue.
Hope this helps,Andrea
in reply to: Error on Theme InstallationHello ajwurtz and thanks for reaching us!
Your issue sounds very strange.
Did you save the customizer options properly? (Hit the blue button Publish)
Do you have any third-party plugins installed on your website? If so try to deactivate them and check again.Could you please link your website please?
Thanks in advance,
Andrea

1. WPBakery Page Builder;
– When will you update this plugin which is bundled with your theme?
– What’s the advantage for me if I purchase this plugin?We can provide plugin’s updates only when we provide a new version of the theme. This because we need to test the new plugin versions with the theme and be sure that everything works well together before distributing theme.
It will be our duty to provide fast updates in case security issues or severe WordPress incompatibilities appears.
The advantages you could have by buying a license is to get automatic updates (but we can’t ensure total compatibility with our theme) and direct support for Page Builder issues.
2. How do I attach a screenshot (a picture, doc..) for your reference?
You can use third party services like http://imgur.com/
3. Where and how do I change “RELEASE YOUR FULL POTENTIAL” text in my demo?
I’ve just answered you on this topic: https://www.themes2go.xyz/helpdesk/forums/topic/release-the-full-potential-demo-picture-above-the-fold/
4. “This theme requires the following plugin: MailChimp for WordPress”;
I will be using different service. Please advice on where and how to disable this option and stop messaging from appearing.
Currently you can’t rid of it. I’ll talk with the developers if we can suggest you a workaround but for now you should install and activate it even if you are going to use other platforms.
5. Google Analytics;
– I would like to go with “pure” Google Analytics instead of MonsterInsights, WordPress analytics plugin.
Please advice on the correct plugin to use with your theme for Google Analytics.
I think this could help you: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ga-google-analytics/
6 Contacts;
– I have a notification (number) next to the contact section. Why so?
I’m not sure what are you talking about. Could you please send me a screenshot regarding this particular issue?
7. Testimonials;
a) Please advice on what are the parameters of the image for the testimonials
On our demo we are using 2550 x 1700 px images. We recommend at least 1600px images wide.
b) I will use video testimonials too. What is the best way to do this effectively within your theme when using Wistia?
I can’t help you much on this because I didn’t know Wistia and how it works.
Maybe you can embed your Wistia video inside testimonials single pages?Hope this helps!
For any other doubts, please check our online manual here:

In order to change the background image follow these steps:
– edit your page
– go to the row containing the background image
– click on the pencil icon and switch to Design Option TabHere you can set your background image. I suggest you set it to Cover.
Check these screenshots as references.
https://imgur.com/a/mj69G
https://imgur.com/FYsq3CFRemember to save it and then update the page.
Regarding the picture quality it depends by the picture quality but we recommend at least a 1600px wide @ 72 dpi in jpeg format.
The current image of the lady on the top of the mountain is 2550×1700, 72dpi, jpeg.
Hope this helps!

in reply to: Featured PodcastsHello!
As stated in my previous reply, you can import one demo with its contents.
What I can do for you is providing the page buidler code of single pages like the ecommerce homepage or lms homepage. This will not import its demo contents like products or courses.Said so, I can send you two files to import onto your backend with demo products and course. Just let me know.
But first, you have to install WooCommerce and LMS plugins from WordPress repository.
Please take a look to our manual to get further details:
http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/5-1-0-installing-woocommerce/
http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/6-0-1-installing-learnpress/Keep me posted on this.
Andreain reply to: DemosHello ajwurtz and thanks for reaching us.
Regarding your first questions: currently you can import only one single demo but if you tell me which homepages you want to import I can send you the page builder code so you can eventually copy and paste it on your pages. Just tell me which ones do you prefer.About the second questions, could you please send me a screenshot showing the issue?
Buttons scale regularly when sizing down the resolution so I can’t understand what the problem could be.Thanks!
in reply to: DemosHello eharland and thanks for reaching us.
Could you please link your website so I can check the issue?By the way I’ll show what the page structure is on the backend:
https://imgur.com/DgYw4SfMake sure that your Template page is set on Page Fullwidth
You can also try to copy and paste on a new page this snippet code. Follow this procedure:
– create a new page and set it to a Page Fullwidth Template (right sidebar)
– on the top left of the page click on classic mode and then switch to text editor (not visual)
– copy and paste this code snippet
[vc_row][vc_column][vlogger-carousel-series quantity="5"][/vc_column][/vc_row]
– switch to page builder backend editor (top left of the page) and check if the carousel is still in column format.If also this does not fix your issue, it could be related to some third-party plugins you’ve installed that mess up the code. You can also try to disable all the unbundled plugins and check if the issue persists.
Hope this helps, if not just reply below.
Best,Andrea

Andreain reply to: Demo Installation Not Showing CorrectlyHello!
I can’t check your website because it redirects to my local IP so please whitelist me.
Currently the theme shows only the start date of an event. What I suggest you is to add your details inside the event description, just below the event details.If you need to highlight your multi-day event on title or event details you will need to customize the source code but this goes out of the support territory.
What I can do is to talk with our developers and point you to a possibile solution.Regarding WPML, yes it does duplicate all your pages as the number of your languages.
If you have 2 languages, WPML creates a copy of the first page and set it as the second language.Then, all the strings you wrote (buy tickets, you may also like and read more) are fully translatable. You should find them under your translation file inside WPML.
If you are in trouble with WPML, you could try Polylang (https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/)
Last but not least, I always suggest our customers to check this page manual regargiding theme translation: http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/translating-the-theme/
Hope this helps you. If you need more support on these just let me know replying below.
Best,
Andreain reply to: 2 Day events – only first day shown / Edit TitlesHi! You can achieve it in two ways:
– if you are adding the image through a shortcode you should set “Equal eights” on both columns: https://imgur.com/x6i5UYL-If you are using the image as column background, you should set the background setting to “Cover” https://imgur.com/yjtMpfY

Andreain reply to: Reverse stacking – 4 column rowHello!
I’ve done a little research for you and it seems there is a quick workaround to let columns stacking correctly on mobile.You can use two CSS classes included in Page Builder called .col-xs-push-# or .col-xs-pull-#.
In the example below, I have 2 rows with 2 columns of 6/12 each.
On the second row, I’ve added col-xs-push-6 to the text and col-xs-pull-6 to the image and this is the result on mobile breakpoint:
For further details you can check this link: https://studiok40.com/using-push-pull-classes-with-visual-composer/
Try this method on your layout and keep me posted.Best,
Andrea- This reply was modified 5 years ago by themes2go.
in reply to: Reverse stacking – 4 column rowHello Cocis and thanks for your kind words. 🙂
This is a quite unusual request of support and it’s not related to the theme itself.
By the way, I’ve done a bit of research and it seems something related to the DB limit.As far as I read, you could try to optimize your database through phpMyAdmin in order to free up space without any data loss or remove any unnecessary database entries in order to bring your database space usage down.
If you need to go deeper with this click here
Hope this helps.

in reply to: changeset_post_save_failureHello Ben, I’m Igor from themes2go development.
I have some CSS for you that can help you keeping the menu in the boxed size.
But please note that the secondary menu must be made transparent for this purpose, as otherwise you would see the “brick” of the background on top of the header.So, I also added a line underneath as separation, up to you any design fix.
This is the CSS you can copy in the customizer
@media only screen and (min-width: 1201px){ .qt-menubar ul.qt-desktopmenu, .qt-menu-secondary { max-width: 1170px; margin: 0 auto; padding-left: 10px; padding-right: 0px; } ul.qt-menu-secondary { display: block; left: 50%; transform: translateX(-50%); padding: 0 10px; background: transparent; border-bottom: 1px solid; } }
Please note that, as per Envato contract, we shouldn’t be providing code customizations, as these are made by professionals form Envato, so I can point you in the right direction, but then is up to you the fixing of subsequential design details.
Regards and have a nice day
Igorin reply to: Header sizeHello!
Included with the theme there is no such functionality. Header will always be full width as shown on our online demos. You could edit the source code of the theme but I can’t help you as this kind of customizations go out of the support territory.
If you are not able to edit the PHP code I suggest you hiring a developer on codeable.io or Envato Studio (https://studio.envato.com/).Hope this helps,
Andreain reply to: Header sizeHello and thanks for reaching us.
You can install a plugin called WP Reset and start again from scratch.Here’s the link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/
