Hello again,
I want to inform you that we found an issue related to the ReAktions plugin conflicting with PHP8.
In order to fix it, just update the theme to the latest version (you can download it from Themeforest -> My downloads).
Once the theme is updated, make sure to also update ReAktions plugin (version 3.0).This will fix all the issues related with content output.
Just let us know if anything else is needed.Best,
Andrea- This reply was modified 1 year, 11 months ago by themes2go.

Andreain reply to: Woocommerce breaking site after updateHello and thanks for reaching us.
Andrea here from Themes2go Customer support. If you have the chance to login to your admin area, I suggest you to install a plugin called WP Rollback (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/) and install a previous version of Woocommerce while our team will update the theme.
If not, you can use an automatic backup from your cPanel and restore a previous copy of the website.
Just keep me posted if these work for you.
Andreain reply to: Woocommerce breaking site after updateHello lwwis,
the customizations you are asking for can be partially done through some css lines. Go to your backend and then Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and paste this code:/* this is for the countdown removal*/
.qt-pageheader .qt-countdown-container {
display:none
}Then if you need to get rid of the social icons just only on the event pages you would some code customizations.
We always recommend to use the child theme because it make easier to update your site with new theme versions without losing any customizations or settings.
1. Make sure you are using the child theme
2. With your ftp manager go to this path: wp-content/themes/lifecoach
3. Copy: single-event.php
4 Now go to this path: wp-content/themes/lifecoach-child
5. Paste the file previously copied.
6. Edit single-event.php on the new location on line n. 48 and remove these lines:Just keep in mind to save it. Now you should have the sharebar removed just from the events template.
Regarding all the other editings, just let me know which ones you want to perform. Consider that all of these are not part of the support territory but I would to support you as much as I can respecting our policy: https://www.themes2go.xyz/helpdesk/policy/

Andreain reply to: php 8.0 error!Hello Sean and thanks for reaching us.
1. Currently the brackets are not a font. They’re created with css code and can’t be changed easily. You would need to edit the theme source code but this would require at least some basic developing knowledge (or maybe you could hire a developer on Fiverr or Codeable).
2. Due to technical reason when the theme has been created, just WP Bakery Page Builder is implemented. We are thinking to add Elementor as a new Page Builder but I can’t tell you an ETA for rolling out it.
I’m not sure what conflicts you’ve found, but what I can do for you is supporting to ensure a quicker and better experience of use for our product.
Just reply below with your questions and doubts and I would be more than happy to support you.Have a nice day,
AndreaHello Vittu,
in order to fix it and perform a proper installation of the theme, you have to use the latest version of the theme available on Themeforest under “My downloads” section.
Then you can follow our installation guide you can found here: https://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/theme-installation/

Andreain reply to: We can not reproduce our videosHello Sean,
finally we made it π
As you asked I’ve performed a proper installation of the theme including the child theme and importing the main demo.
The problems you were facing in your installation trials were triggered by all the third party plugins installed on your WordPress installation.
For this reason, I deactivated them all. Now I suggest you to activate them one by one choosing which ones are strictly necessary.Consider that having lots of active plugins could affect your website loading speed and the overall performance.
Hope this helps you build your website π
Regarding your last message, you need to consider that, as stated on our items support policy, it might take to 48 hours to answer tickets. In the weekend the support service is offline.
We are based in Europe so a different zone might apply.
Have a nice day!
AndreaHello Sean,
I didn’t receive any message from you. I’ve also checked on the spam folder but I couldn’t find anything related to your name. π
Hello Sean,
I didn’t received any emails including your credentials so far.
Could you please check again if your message has been sent? Thanks,
AndreaHello!
Currently there is no option to add new icons autonomously and there is no easy fix for that.
Consider that, requests like these, are not part of the theme support territory so what I can just do is suggesting you a different approach to the issue.
In this case, the best option would be hiring a freelance developer for this because it might break the theme basic functionalities if not done properly.
You can try fiverr.com or codeable.io.Doing this, just couldn’t add all your favorite social networks to your website, but also being customized on your preferences.
Hope this helps,
Andreain reply to: social networksHi Sean,
you can send your credentials to themes2go@gmail.com.
Despite is not necessary, I do suggest you installing the child theme for future profness πBest,

AndreaHello Sean and thanks for reaching us.
Andrea here from Themes2go Customer support.I’ve just seen that you has already left a 1 star rating on Themeforest.
I don’t think this is fair because:– you open this ticket on weekend and as you may image, our office is closed.
– you are mentioning that “finding it impossible to figure out where or how to submit a support work ticket.”
As I can see, you opened the ticket here so I think you did find out how to contact us. Btw you can always find our support links on: product page on themeforest, manual on the zip file you download from Themeforest, private message on Themeforest.
– The error is not related with the product but from a installation not performed correctly.I do really suggest you to perform a reset of your WordPress installation and install again our theme following the procedure including on our manual here: https://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/theme-installation/
PS: there is also a step by step video tutorial.
If also this does not fix the issue, just reply below and I would take care of your website for you.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

This is something we should investigate in a deeper way.
Please send us a mail to themes2go@gmail.com including:– wp-admin url

– text you want in the footerOnce received, I would personally take care of it.

Andreain reply to: We can not reproduce our videosHello!
In the Footer Customization section you do not have the possibility to inject HTML code. Inside this section you have 3 settings:– Add a footer text
– Add a background image for widget section
– enable/disable footer widgetsThe only easy way to add custom HTML in the footer is using the provided WordPress widgets as mentioned in my previous reply.
If you need a deeper customization for the footer, you should edit the theme source code but this is something that goes out of our support territory as mentioned on our product support policy (https://www.themes2go.xyz/helpdesk/policy/).
Hope this helps.
Have a nice day,Andrea

in reply to: vlogger tutorial videos hiding Closed CaptionsHi there,
in order to get ride of the footer widget you can either use some css code:
go to your backend and then Appearance- > Customize -> Additional CSS and add this code:.qt-related-section {display:none}
Then just click Publish and you are ready to go.
Keep me posted on that π
Have a nice day,
Andreain reply to: Hiding Footer Widgets on Member SitesHello Andy and thanks for your message.
Our custom video player itβs deeply integrated with the theme and give the chance to switch to another player it’s not possible without writing again the code of the theme.
Currently we do not have any video player updates on our product roadmap so what I could suggest you is hiring a developer on codeable.io or Fiverr.com and ask the theme customization just for you.
Regarding your “technique” of switching video url on existing posts, which is the fragment of code you are mentioning?
Thanks,
Andreain reply to: vlogger tutorial videos hiding Closed CaptionsHello,
I’m gonna answer your questions here after:
– footer widget add elements to the bottom footer as mentioned in my previous reply. Please be sure to add your widget in the correct sidebar as you can see on the image below:– Serious carousel link “Read more” is working as expected as seen on our online demo product on Themeforest https://preview.themeforest.net/item/vlogger-professional-video-tutorials-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/20414115?_ga=2.106641283.1415560500.1658731605-1403491577.1587502526
The Custom card link instead, it’s something that we would fix with our developers as soon as possible.
– Secondary menu is not shown on mobile version due to lack of space as you can see on our online product demo linked above.
– I’m not sure what are you referring to when saying “add zone” but I highly recommend to check our online knowledge base regarding how to add banners on Vlogger https://themes2go.xyz/manuals/vlogger/knowledge-base/2-7-ads-manager/
I would be back to you with a theme update with the custom cards link bug in the next days.
Hope these answer may help.
Andreain reply to: We can not reproduce our videosHello Seimn and thanks for reaching us.
Could you please be more specific? Not sure what are you referring to “sites”, in particular the member site.
Please, link us the page affected by the issue giving more context and detail in order to get a better understanding of the problem.Looking forward from hearing to you.
Andreain reply to: Hiding Footer Widgets on Member SitesHello!
In order to use HTML in footer you have to add a widget.
Go to Appearance -> Widgets
Here you will find a list of widgets, including the Custom HTML one.
Drag and drop to the Footer Sidebar and then you should be able to add your custom HTML code.Hope this helps,
Andreain reply to: We can not reproduce our videosSure!
Looking forward to hearing from you.Andrea
in reply to: We can not reproduce our videosHello and thanks for your clarification.
I’ve just investigate the issue on your website and it seemed that the autodetect video feature wasn’t enabled. You can play with video settings by going to Appearance -> Customize -> Video settings.
Once activated I created a new demo post with one of your videos url and, as you can see by the screen recording below, it works like it would be.
If you have any other issues with our theme just let me know π
Have a nice day,
