I’ve just tested your videos and the long video took more time to load.
After a search on Google, it seems to be something related to the latest update (12) of iOS that can’t be fixed by our developers on the theme.

Did you experience the same problem straight on YouTube?

Hello and thanks for getting in touch.
In mobile background videos are hard-blocked by the devices themselves.

A quick fix could be adding an image as row background so on a desktop will load the video and on mobile the image you set.

You should edit the row containing the video and then in “Design Options” Tab, choosing a background image. Check the image below:

If you wanna hide the entire row you need to edit it, select “Responsive Option” and then check “hide” on the mobile row.

this requires a bit of coding. Normally this is a customization that doesn’t fit in theme support but I’ll do my best to guide you to the solution. You’ll have to put a bit of effort in following the steps below:

This theme has 3 templates for posts: default, video and tutorial.

The template used in your link is called template-video.php

In order to remove the sidebar, you have to:

– change l8 to l12 at line 43

– delete from line 115 to 119

Of course, this works only for the Video post format template, if you need to change tutorial or default.

If you wanna get rid of the upcoming post and related posts section, on the same file, you can delete from line 124 to 143

Hello there!
Our developers have checked the query and it works fine so it should be something related to your settings.

Posts order is set via shortcode settings, so you can choose among default order, by date or random.

Moreover, only posts with featured images will appear on shortcode filtered output.

So I kindly ask you to check again your shortcode settings and then if you can send me your website URL and a screenshot of your post grid settings.

I think you’ve filled your YouTube ID in both fields on the customizer.

and thanks for your feedback.
The standard procedure of embedding a video on a video post in just copy and paste the video URL. Then WordPress auto embeds the video switching from the URL to the player in a snap. And this works for lots of other video platforms.

By the way, I assume you solved the issue, am I right?

I’ve just checked your website and the issue is quite unusual because the id of the video is missing.
In order to fix your issue you could try these steps:

– deactivate all plugins that were not included with our theme
– try to create a new video post instead using existing ones (we have a video tutorial for this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ojzZXzAXDQs)
– Shorten YouTube video URL could have some issues when loaded onto the page. Use the long URL, e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ojzZXzAXDQs

Be sure to clear your browser cache and empty the plugin cache if you are using a cache plugin.

As I can see you’ve already installed all the plugins but you didn’t activate them.
Then you tried to install the plugins over and over again.

The quickest fix is to start from a fresh WordPress installation and follow again the video tutorial to install the theme.

Otherwise, you should access your website via FTP to the plugins folder (wp-content/plugins), delete them, and install the theme again.

I’m sorry you are dealing with this, but don’t worry – it’s only an installation procedure issue, not a theme bug so is quite easy to fix it 🙂

If you see this error, it means that you are trying to upload the entire product package instead of the correct theme zip file. Please unzip the product folder in your computer and upload only the theme zip file and the child theme’s zip file.

It’s clearly a wrong installation procedure issue and it could be easily fixed by downloading the latest version of the theme from Themeforest: https://themeforest.net/downloads

Then, I suggest you download a plugin called WP Reset: use it to restore your WordPress installation from scratch. Pay attention that all your customizations will be deleted (But from I can read, you’re just about to install it).

With your fresh WordPress installation, install the latest theme you’ve downloaded from Themeforest and you should be able to go. Hello mhray, I just finished a test on the plugin compatibility.
The templates are all up to date and working fine, but it seems that updating LearnPress there is a setting that gets reset and you just need to set it again.

Please go to Learnpress > Settings and click on the Courses tab. Here you have to select again your page of the courses archive:

Then you may also go to settings > Permalink and save again.

Then it should work fine, if it doesn’t please go back to Settings, click Courses and click “Edit” for your archive page.
Be sure your page’s permalink is not lp-courses because the new version seems now to be using this permalink.
Change it to something elase like in this picture

Then save.

Che tipo di portfolio devi costruire? Se non hai molti elementi ti potrebbero bastare gli shortcode di Visual Composer già inclusi con il tema come ad esempio i media grid:

Personalmente preferiamo creare tutto il necessario con le funzionalità base del tema, per questo non ti consiglio plugin di terze parti. Detto questo ne dopo una rapida ricerca (“portfolio wordpress plugin”) ho notato che ne esistono moltissimi.

attualmente non c’è la possibilità di inserire l’ora sotto la data se non con delle modifiche al codice che però non possiamo fornirti perchè fuori dai termini del supporto.
Il consiglio che posso darti è quello di rivolgerti a https://codeable.io/ oppure https://wpkraken.io/ oppure semplicemente inserire l’orario di inizio e fine evento all’interno del campo di testo dell’evento.
